TomasleyF Boom Volunteer Those two words get uttered often together. I hope everybody's doing well. I hope everybody had a great weekend. Looks like Bitcoin didn't die over the weekend. But we didn't really take out that 50, what is it? The 50 week, exponential moving average? Is it all mean? Is it all mean? Bitcoin bears. Favorite indicator is back to being bullish. That's right. Did an interview on Friday. So we did not get to cover the hopeium. All of the stuff that was going on.

So we're going to dive right into it. Richard Wycoff, if he were alive, he'd slap you for not buying Bitcoin below 60K. We're going to show you a chart as to why that might be true. What else? We're appreciating the laser cut bounce off of the base quantile. Makes us excited. I'm excited. And this may be confirmed the new bull market. That's right. Maybe confirm the new bull market, guys. I know. People don't want to believe it. Lots of people that are just totally in denial. I am not in denial. My soul is ready. Let's go. What else? According to the Bollinger bands, that's right. Mr. Bollinger, a significant move is coming. Yeah, you know, I always enjoy the Bollinger bands. It's fantastic when they tighten up, right? Good stuff. What else? Short term, Bitcoin Elliott Wave view should make us really excited. Every single time oil nukes, that's right. We've done all the other hope, you guys. This time we're taking a look at oil nuking.

Bitcoin ends up forming a macro bottom. There you go, business cycle, oil, gold, silver. We're going to throw everything at the wall to see what sticks, guys. Throw everything at the wall to see what sticks. Anyways, what could the next 13 years of Bitcoin price action look like? I'm excited. You excited? What else? A measured move that could take Bitcoin to the mid 90s. I'm even going to talk about this with my charting. I drew two lines. We're going to take a look. Pack your bags while you still can. I agree. I agree. But in fairness, that's how I felt in 2017 too. And here I am, skeleton at the bottom of the ocean. So pack your bags, but also don't get ahead of yourself. The Revoluted Data Breach, guys, we're going to take a look at that update on the liquid network hack, clarity act updates. Really? And what about getting paid in Bitcoin or cooking? That's right. For recipes, recipes specifically.

All right. Anyways, let's dive into it, guys. Here we go. We're going to pull up the numbers. Let's freaking go. So Bitcoin, Fiat Exchange, 78,451 new all-time high on the block height, 966,987.1. Sad per V-Bite. Oh, gosh. All those cheap transactions just ruins all the shit coin narratives. I really does. What else? What else? Hey, we're back. We're back on the total public lightning capacity. Look at us, guys. 4,450 Bitcoin, 78 is it? Yes, 78 iPhones per Bitcoin. Not the new iPhone though. Not the new iPhone. I don't know what I think about the flip. Not a fan. I was never really such a fan of flip phones. Anyways, it doesn't matter. Makes no difference. Teach their own. Yeah, 20% of a house per Bitcoin, guys. All right. Now, before we actually dive, where we actually dive into the hope,

you know, we're going to do. You take a look at the chart. That's right. I drew two lines and we're going to talk about them. Here we go. OK, so look, over the weekend, what a lot of people have been talking about is this 50-week exponential moving average. And in fairness, we did not close above it. OK? We didn't close above it when you're looking at the standard candles. However, when you look at it with the hike and ashes, you can clearly see that the price action, the average price action, OK? On the previous candle, bottom that around 75,990. And now, if you take a look, doing this nice little green wick over here. So look, personally, I see us at the very least trying attempting to go through the Ichimoku Cloud and attempting this 93k range. OK, this would be solid.

This would be a nice solid attempt. OK, now, where do I get that from? Evidence for me just has to do with the actual volume profile on these candles right here. So when are we going to try it? I don't know. Maybe by the end of October, something like that. Let's see if that works out either way, either. Doesn't matter. It's just bullishness. And I love it. And I love the fact, right? It's like if you take a look, this candle in particular, look at where we close. We still close above the previous range. I don't know, guys. I'm not buying that we're going lower. I am just not buying it. Sorry, not sorry. You know, can't help it. I hope I haven't been muted this whole time. Yeah, all right. Before we continue on, you know, deal, guys. We're going to say good morning to everyone. Oh, salty crayon. What up? Good morning. Hey, from Brazil, Marcel.

Good afternoon. Good afternoon. Cold deck. What is up? Plastic. Hey, Jay. Good morning. Luke Cannon. What's up? I think I said I had plastic. OK, ACP. Let's do it. That's right. It's so funny. I just realized, chop, chop, chop. Let's do chop side and up, right? I don't care. I will take this. I don't care. Blind eye. Good morning. I could train. That's right, man. I drew two lines. We're going up up and to the right. I got to close over that 50 weekly. I know it's brutal. And so the key to it is this, right? It's just enough, right? We were like just below it. That it's just enough to be confusing, right? Because keep in mind, trading, and I'm not a trader. But when you're looking at these charts, right? This is an art.

Like that's what it is. It's not a science. Like I understand that we, I understand that we throw a lot of mathematics into this, but it still is an art. And the reason I say this is because you can look at a chart and see something that is going to zero. I can look at a chart and see it going to the moon. Subject to interpretation, right? Just what it is. The chart will reveal what is inside each and every one of us. There you go, some chart philosophy. All right. All right. I don't suggest you use that, though. I don't suggest you use that. Roman, what's up? Dude, what's happening is we ain't dying. That's what's happening. No name extra. What is going on? Let's just postpone the usage of rewards to 100. Dude, you know what? Oh, man. I was going to talk about Blip 110, but there was so much more other important stuff. We're going to, I'm still going to, I'm going to cover it tomorrow because as you could imagine, that train wreck has not stopped. It's just actually gaining momentum and falling apart even faster.

So yeah, it's, it's good times. Pure entertainment, though. Pure entertainment. All right. I'm not missing anybody. Hard hodl. What is up? Isaiah, it's a perfect, dude. It is a perfect setup for October. And the exact, we're just below the, like, fuck it. Anyways, okay, you get it. I get it. We're looking at the charts. Okay. All right. I'll stop, stop with the emotions. Well, not really. Okay. So anyways, all this opium, all this bullishness, I'm excited, you're excited. If Richard Wycoff were alive, he'd probably be a good, good trader. Anyways, he'd slap you for not buying Bitcoin under 60K. I can't disagree with that. Don't fomo here. Gonna get a second and final chance to buy it lower later this year. Wah, wah, wah. You wrong. You wrong. I don't know if I buy this. What do you guys think? No, I don't buy it.

It doesn't have to do all of this squiggly line shit, you know? Like we've proven that already. Already proven that. Okay. Cena, let's do it. Appreciating the laser cut bounce off of the base quantile. That's, you know where we're going with this guy. You know. Power, law, opium. Now look, I know that I make fun. Not obscene, of course. Good dude. And I appreciate his objective takes. What I make fun of is how thick these color zones have gotten. Look at this. Why the hell is the acceleration zone? It's tiny little thin thing. Like what is that? I'm guessing it has to do with how little amount of time we've spent there. Right? Could, could that be it? Is that how this works? The more time you spend in the zone, the thicker the colors gets is anyways. My point is is that we've been down here too long guys. Too long time to go up and to the right. Hey, good morning, Mr. Dinkles. You'll get that 100% opportunity to buy the bottom.

Oh, yeah. Now, of course, you know, my favorite thing about buying the bottom is that usually you're going to be told the exact bottom. And guys, I haven't forgotten October 6th, according to the simulation, is the exact bottom. Don't overthink this, right? Just buy Bitcoin on October 6th and forget it. Even if that's like, I could have said that about buying Bitcoin back in the 60K range. Oh, you could have just bought Bitcoin, you know, back then, right? Could have just bought it back in June, right? 58K. Why didn't you? Yeah, you know, you know, I love the colored lines, I go train, they're my favorite, my favorite lines. All right. Is it label danger? That's an old and blind man. But it says, okay, so I'm guessing it's label danger because it just means that Bitcoin is severely overbought at that point, but I don't really consider that danger.

It just means that like, look, if you're buying in that range, you're most likely going to have to wait like the full timeline in order to be back in the green or the black, however you want to, whatever colors make you happy, you know, people buying at 100K in October, dude, it would be hilarious. Now imagine we're back at 100K in the next three weeks. That would be good times. That would be very, very good times. What has this chart is done? Dude, the bands have gotten wider. Okay, that's how we fix Bitcoin. This is how we make sure the price doesn't go down too much. Okay, James Easton, UK, 100% hit rate. This is confirmed the start of the new bull market since 2012. Look, I don't put too much importance into what James Easton says. And the only reason is I, even though I appreciate his up into the right things, the whole entire stick just consists of the RSI. All right, and I got to tell you that oversold RSI, skeleton at the bottom of the ocean boys. That's been us.

All right, Bitcoin. The bear's favorite indicator is back to being bullish. Hope they've noticed. Why would you be a bear? That's right. He's got, now look, I'm a little bit disappointed that we don't have the multiple colored juggling balls. However, we do have red. This is good. Again, right, this all has to do with the 50 week exponential moving average guys. We are right there on the line. This is like tricking territory. Okay, this is the territory where if you believe it must hit this individual magic number, otherwise we're going down, that this is how we get fooled, right? It's kind of two sides of the sort. In some cases, when the price pulls up high enough, it pulls in enough liquidity, because people are looking at that chart and they're saying, okay, that's it. We're going significantly higher. Whereas other people are going to read that and say, well, actually, this is probably a fake out. It's just pulling in liquidity and we're going to go lower.

This is why I just stack. Right? This is why we just stack. All right, more Bitcoin stuff. The Bollinger bands. I'm always a big fan of the Bollinger bands. And I've explained this multiple times. The significant move is coming, which direction it takes will become clear soon. Okay, let's take a look at what he's looking at. What is this? This is on the daily? Okay, let's go to the daily. Let's go to A. Okay. All right, I see what he's saying, right? But of course, we're going to take a look at what we're saying instead. Good morning, free RS guides. Okay, so this is the daily chart. Right? This thing that you see around it, these are the bands. Right? These are the bands themselves. Now look, you can see, we've already, that doesn't mean we can't make another move, right?

But you can already see we broke out of the narrowing band range previously. Okay? And we did that August 18th. Okay? So now we're doing this again. But you can kind of see here how long did that really take? Took us almost a month. Okay? Just for perspective. Took about a month. Look, does it play out? Maybe, right? And this is what I said before about Bollinger bands. Bollinger bands tightening, okay? On a longer time frame, it does signify an exponential move. It does signify an exponential move. However, it doesn't tell us whether the exponential move is to the upside or to the downside. But you can pretty much guarantee whatever direction it's going in. It's going to be approximately 20%. So well, actually, maybe with Bitcoin, it's a little bit less. With equities, it's around 20%. Bitcoin might be a little bit less of a move because obviously the numbers are much bigger.

Anyways, we continue, guys. We continue. All right, here we go. Killa XBT. Here we go. The oil, hope, PMI've been waiting for. Bitcoin ends up forming a macro bottom every time oil, nukes thought it was relevant to bring this post back up, especially with oil now skyrocketing. Since then, Bitcoin is up 40% from the lows, while oil has recovered exactly as anticipated. Just another subtle, yet strange confidence, adding weight to the idea that the macro loaf for Bitcoin is all ready in. This time, it's different. I'll take it. I'll take it, Killa XBT. I'll take it. Why not? Throw whatever the hell you need to with the wall. Just make sure it sticks my dude. All right, here we go. Short-term Bitcoin Elliott Wave View. I draw this kind of stuff all the time, too. It's just like, and I get it, right? The Elliott Wave is a real pattern, obviously. I'm not pretending like I know better than any of that stuff, right? I'm very aware of my stupidity and actually, probably even that there's some hubris not realizing just how infinitely stupid I can be.

But yeah, I mean, this is just up and to the right. And of course, you just pick, what is this bottom formation? 74.5. 74.5. Take a look at this. I don't know. No, no, no, we'll see. All right, here we go, guys. This is minced in hopium. Now this is crazy. This one's going to be super exciting. Here we go. It's a clip where Sminston explains the next 13 years of Bitcoin. Do welcome.

Now we can pretend we don't see any of the price going forward from today because we don't, right? But we're still following the same scaling law, the same power law. It'll look like this. The model will look like this to us. But 13.5 years will be about 2040. And we don't know what the price is going to do. We don't have a crystal ball, but we can show the model using the same math that we have today, which is eerily close to what Decointman's turn had in 2013. And we can show that this model will be something like 3.5 million. What? Give or take. You're welcome. Okay. 3.5 million per coin. You know what? I don't know if you guys remember, but last week I drew a line as well. And I came out to 9.6 million by July, 2028. So Winston is bearish. He's bearish. Yeah.

Now, of course we're going to extract. Cool. That's how it works, man. That's how it works. Yes, in hands. That's awesome. I totally agree, Torum. I think this is bearish. I like my 9.6 million dollar call. But look, he's got the hat and the sunglasses. I know, right? Dude, if they, if it would be so funny, you'd find out just how broke every single one of these people are. And this is why I don't bet for this. I don't bet on this stuff. But it sounds good, right? Like especially, especially, look, in fairness, right? By 2040, 3.5 million dollars per coin and the economy not collapsing could be very interesting. Not the Omega candle, hope, and we were hoping for though. I tell you that much. Okay. Anyways, here we go. Super Bitcoin bro. Let's do it. A measured move. And I talked about this last week, right? He's one of my favorite hope, he'm dealers. I find he's good. It's good. You know, he doesn't sell the sizzle too much.

But he does a good job of being objective. A measured move could take Bitcoin to the mid 90s. What was I just saying? What was I just saying when I looked at the hike in Ashies guys, right? 93 to 97 K range. We actually, if we actually do this guys, people are going to be really pissed. Like besides, besides the actual Blake to be people that for some reason sold the real Bitcoin for a shit coin, they're going to be. I'm going to be super upset when we get to new all time highs. But besides them, the people who sat on the sidelines waiting for the perfect trades to double or triple their stack because everything is a simulation, they're going to be sweating because it actually just becomes generational wealth lost. Like that's it. That's what it is. Anyways, yep, exactly. The only betting I do is stacking. Dude, it's the only way I figured out not to get wrecked, right? I'm the, it's the story of the, uh, the, the turtle and the hair, right?

I'm the turtle. I'll take more time. I will get to the finish line. Not going to fall asleep on the way like the rabbit did, like the hair did, you know? Dude, no name extra. This is the way. I did the same thing. And I'm still doing the same thing, but obviously it a much less, right? So, but yeah, man, it just doesn't stop. I know, right? ACP, I'd much rather have an unmeasured move. Get those. Okay. Anyways, let's continue. We've got so much more. Look at that beautiful job. Super Bitcoin, bro. This time, it's different. And we're going to do the move. All right, here we go. More awesome. Hoping Bitcoin munger once Bitcoin breaks above 82K. It's going to teleport straight to 100. Hey, the weekly rights. What was I saying? Lines up to the rights. That's the range. That is the range, guys. Everybody's looking at, what should say? Everybody's looking at it. A lot of us are hoping for it.

A lot of us are hoping for it. Now, you may not understand what you're looking at. Most people don't. And that's okay. Okay, what he is pointing out here is this, this area of like the rainbow colors in the middle, that massive line over here. Essentially, he's saying that we are going to go up in order to catch those shorts. We'll see. Yeah, I know me too. I love the munger head. It's fantastic. I don't worry. I got it default. Yeah, that's right. DCA to BTC. Togelly, here we go. Once Bitcoin clears the 50 week, moving average, the real fun kicks off until then it's preparation season. Or it's just shaking people out, making them think that we're going to go sideways for longer and that they're going to get better entry points going down. I don't think so, guys. I don't think so. But we'll see. Right? We'll see.

Yeah, we're going to do the revolute stuff. Cold deck. I am to please. I am to please with these intricate analyses that I do. All right, the revolute data breach. I know you guys all know about this. We're going to dive into it, though. As you know, because we did an awesome interview on Friday with Lauren Emilique-Yoni's wife to talk about free samurai. So, and this came out. So we've got to obviously dive into it. Because this is nasty. This is another nasty one. Okay, revolute data breach. Let's for it can do it. So what happened, right? Revolute received a request for customer information that appeared to come from a legitimate government agency. The request came from unauthorized email account sent directly using official government agency email domain. As the communication carried out domain authentication credentials, it was fulfilled under the reasonable belief that it was an authentic government agency request. This is social engineering guys. Okay? Identity. This is the stuff that they that they requested, right? Identity details, right? Contact details, document verification data, and financial data.

So the exposure was not limited to identity documents. The scammers also obtained detailed financial records, including account statements with iBans, account status, opening dates, wallet reference numbers. This isn't even the bad stuff guys. This is like normal crap that social engineers steal. This is where it gets interesting, along with withdrawal records and complete transaction histories, including Bitcoin transactions. Meanwhile, the Fintech giant stressed that biometric facial telemetry was not compromised in this incident. Hey, that's right guys. They didn't steal the hex code that was generated from your eyeball scan. Most people don't even know how that shit works. Okay? In fairness, just so people understand, okay, retina scanning doesn't actually take a picture of your eye. I used to work with this technology. I used to configure this technology or access control. That data is converted. That's all that is.

And you can't, it's a one way entropy, right? You can't convert that hex back into an eyeball. Anyways, okay. It also only goes one way. Government agency not identified. Revolut has not identified the government agency whose domain was used. Following publication, Revolut contacted Hackread with a statement confirming that only a limited number of customers were affected. That's right guys. It's not that bad. Why? Because a small enough percentage of their customers were affected. In every single business, regardless of what it is, whether it's life safety, whether it's banking, investing, there is an acceptable rate of loss guys. And guess what? Your individual data, my individual data, whoever's individual data, it ends up in there when things, when bad things happen.

Oh, you're just part of a statistic. So don't worry. It's okay. Wasn't that bad. Not too many of you are affected. It's just it's just mental gymnastics. And then they get to talk about how they did like lessons learned. You know, that's what it is. Figure out by appreciate that. It's true though. I mean, this is literally what I used to work with. I used to configure retina scanners. Biometrics are also not very different than that. So a lot of the stuff that you see in movies, it's anyways, a whole bunch of garbage. It comes to the access control. But it looks really cool. And it makes you think it's all possible, right? Fun times. Fun times. Anyways, let's continue. Let's continue. Why hasn't the government agency been identified? That kind of bothers me. That should be public. Like what should not be one of the first things that we know? Revolut is not disclosed the exact number of affected customers. Or fraudulent requests. But don't worry guys, it's a very small number.

The company has also not said when the information was provided or whether the scammers subsequently used the disclose records. In other words, it's got no fucking clue what's really happened. Okay? There's no clue. Now, I will give them the benefit of the doubt for attempting to do damage control for taking responsibility. We'll give them that. Okay? Good job. At least you said something. They're doing better than doing better than cold cartes right now. Play that much. And I know that bar is low. Okay? That bar is like in the dumpster juice. Anyways, this is not the first security related incident involving Revolut. In 2023, Hackney.com reported that criminals exploited a flaw in the company's US payment system, causing about 23 million. Look at that. I mean, 23, the law of fives. In losses before some funds were recovered, leaving Revolut with a net loss of about $20 million. The flaw caused decline transactions to be incorrectly refunded using Revolut's own money.

That's. That's one hell of a move. All right. Well, onto more crap. So here we go, guys. The liquid network update and believe it or not, this is still the same status. Okay? This is still the same status. Transactions resumed, but pegouts are still disabled. The liquid network entered the next phase. This really no different than Thursday. Block production has resumed and functionality nodes are signing and validating blocks. Transactions on the network have resumed. While pegouts remain disabled as a precautionary measure, while the final stage of recovery continues. rigorous test, the AI assisted code scanning and continuous network monitoring are underway by internal and external teams. Further information on the resumption of the pegouts will be shared once available. Now, I appreciate all of the fancy wordsmithing that that is being done here. Having worked in a giant corporation that worked that configured and produced mission critical devices for government and Fortune 500 companies, I could tell you that this type of

wording is always just about cover your ass. And I'm not judging them for that. They do in the right thing, but it's just a, right, it's a bunch of cover your ass stuff. That's all. These are the reports. There are reports of scammers attempting to exploit this situation through fraudulent updates sites and messages. Please rely on the official liquid network, block stream jade and block stream channels. Never send funds down familiar addresses. Yes, that's right. Do not do this. Also, what is happening? Block stream still refuses to pay the ransom for stolen liquid Bitcoin. And I don't think this is wrong. Okay. These guys are extortionists. I was talking about this already. And I'm not the only one that has said this. That's exactly what this is. Right? The hackers, this is extortion. No, if they pay this, okay, that sets the precedent. Full stop. It sets a precedent. But block stream says it will not pay the ransom for the return of Bitcoin stolen the liquid network

exploit, rejecting the attackers claim to be acting as white hats. Yes. Correct. Block stream says it engaged with those holding the Bitcoin in good faith to recover stolen user funds. But will not accept their demands or set a precedent of paying ransoms. Yeah. If the remaining funds are not returned, block stream says it will work with enforcement exchanges service providers, forensic specialists and the broader Bitcoin community to trace the assets and identify those responsible. I've said this before. It's not about, it's not about, oh, yay, the state has to rescue me and all that crap. No, it's about understanding the chess, it's about understanding the chess board that you are on. And guess what? One of the biggest players on that chess board is the fucking state. Okay. So pretending, right? Pretending that like, whoa, Bitcoin's not part of that. It's outside of the system. You're still a freaking human, bro. You're living in a country. That country has laws. Those laws backed and enforced by the state.

Doing mental gymnastics does not make these things not exist. Okay. Very interesting. What Samson said here. Okay. Very interesting. And this is eerie. One's the ink on the, once the ink is on the page. It's like spilled water. Impossible to take back. Impossible to erase. The traces left between the lines speak for themselves, needing no further explanation. As the old saying goes, those who are insatiably greedy and arrogantly self-important, often trip over their own petty cleverness. Did you just talk about the majority of influencers in the Bitcoin space? All right. It's okay. It's just the me issue. Blockstreams willingness to communicate with you via PGP is already a courtesy. Indeed it was. Indeed it was. Publicly admitting to taking Bitcoin and demanding a bounty in return. Is this a wise move? No, it wasn't. Definitely wasn't. It's worth reconsidering multiple times. Oh, they're fucked. Okay. At this point, you can't put the smoke back in the board. Right? The genie doesn't go back in the lamp. They've already done it.

Perhaps you're new to this scene and still unfamiliar with how things work. The clues you left behind are more numerous than you might imagine. The net of justice is vast and inescapable, sparing no one. The world is small. If the mountains won't turn the water will, more friends mean more paths. More enemies mean more walls. And this is absolutely accurate. As a white hat, the road only widens. As a black hat, you're forever on edge. Dreaming of walking away with assets, unscathed, is nothing but delusion. Some doors once opened can never be closed again. That's right, guys. Interesting take here from Brian Trolls, right? From Shinobi, which I know is always controversial. Liquid hack. So he put out this article, guys. All of this stuff is in the show notes. If you want to go back and take a look at all these articles, Bitcoiners just assign blame emotionally with no logic. Yeah, ACP, that's kind of a funny one. It's talking tough only after they've returned the 30, 400 coins.

Well, he's in a position of power now, you know? He had they had not communicated at all. They would have been in a way better position. I'm talking about the hackers. They shouldn't have communicated at all. Anyways. So. This is where it gets interesting. Now, it seems as though Marco is part of this federation. And the reason I say that is because of his response to to Brian Trolls, right? Because that's what he was responding to was this article. The entire liquid federation voted to let them, right? Essentially what he is what the claim is is that the federation voted to allow this peg out and for the hackers to steal the funds. Okay, so this is a response from Marco. He's saying absolutely not. I only discovered after the hack that side swap was operating the swaps by hooking the pack up to an online back end. Many of us were totally unaware. I always treated and kept the pack as cold storage material.

Peg out can only be done by the pack owner three or four years ago. I asked side swap not to call the feature in their mobile wallet, Peg in and peg out. At the time, I thought it was a swap against their inventory and was under the impression they were misleading users. I just discovered now that they were right. They literally bypassed central pillar of the federation's security. And this was Brian's response. The federation didn't really verify anything. Others did. The entire governing body and member approval process is meaningless and people just did what they were told. That's not better. That's worse and it is. There is a lot of this guys. And in fairness, you can apply this to the majority, if not all the people who obviously filled arable products that got people wrecked, right, without even knowing. Because it's just really easy to go and follow what somebody else says,

especially if it's a massive influencer in the space. We shouldn't be surprised by this. This is much more. This is not an issue of Bitcoin. This is not an issue of Bitcoin influencers or anything like that. This is a human thing, guys. This is just human behavior, human incentives. That's all it is. Okay, so the Clarity Act, right, guys? The Clarity Act. Brian Armstrong's had some strong words and Phil, and I appreciate your comments here. If for some reason it doesn't pass, this is exactly what we've talked about already, right? The Act will just be written by the SEC and CFTC. That is exactly correct. They've already been drawing up this legislation. Sorry, the regulations. And that is what has been done for many, many years. When the laws don't get passed, the regulations do.

It's always a secondary measure to put through the things, but through the things that the government wants. It's that simple. Anyways, let's hear what Brian had to say about this. We'll vote on September the 15th. This is a bill that contains tight ethics rules for the president and the first family's crypto projects. And it is a hard political question, isn't it? And something of a controversial issue. How far does it go? And is it fit for purpose? I think the Clarity Act is ready to get a yes vote. And from everyone I've spoken with in the Senate, they're on board with this. There's been a lot of good bipartisan compromise, hundreds of pages of input from both sides. Law enforcement groups are now on board. Many banks are on board. The crypto companies are on board. And most importantly, it would create a clear regulatory framework for to protect American consumers and help get the technology built in that region, just as it's being built in the G20 and the rest of these countries around the world. So, you know, we've certainly been proud to stand up for a good version of the bill.

You know, in the past, we weren't afraid to stand up and say there was challenges with it. All of those must-have issues that we raised our hand last time on have now been resolved. So I feel really good about that, standing up for our customers' rights. So on the 15th next week, we'll know if we get 60 votes. If it passes, great. We've got legislation. Frankly, if it doesn't pass, it's also going to be a good outcome because the SEC and the CFCC have said that they're ready to publish rulemaking. And we're going to get regulatory clarity one way or another on the 15th or the day or two after. Of course they are. Of course they are. Look, that's it. Everybody's incentives are aligned more or less, right? And it's time to fleece. It's time to fleece the entire market. That's really what they're telling you, right? And hey, it's going to cause a massive bull run, not just for Bitcoin. It's going to cause a massive bull run for all kinds of crap. Stuff that is just going to disappear in approximately five to seven years, but it doesn't matter. So enjoy the show. At the very least, enjoy the show.

Now, what's going to be really interesting is to see the mainstream, which mainstream organizations end up completely falling apart and collapsing as a result of this, because human greed, I mean, that this is something constant, right? Greed is always unchecked. We saw it happen with the mortgage crisis. Look, they just couldn't help themselves, right? Oh, look at that. We can give these poor people that can afford a house. Well, we just created a whole little scenario where with this special equation, the special formula, even the poorest person can afford, a half a million dollar house, right? And we all saw what happened with that. So they're going to do it again. And this time, it ain't going to be with houses. It's going to be with much more intangible items, like all of this crypto crap and this tokenization and all of this stuff. And you're going to see at some point, the marketing is going to come out that you can just live off of it, right? You're going to have people telling you that they don't have to work anymore. Right? They don't have to do anything at all.

Every day, they're just getting paid in this shit coin. It's going to be fricking hilarious. Seriously, it is. It is going to be hilarious. Sorry, not sorry. It's essentially going to be BitConnect, but sponsored by and paid for by the US government. That's what it's going to be. You know, I'm fucking Donald Trump doing the whole bit connect. Give me a great. Okay. Anyways, we're going about that stuff. Let's dive into some cooking. Let's dive into some cooking. Here we go. Zap. Not cooking. Never heard of this one. Cook something with someone this weekend. I look, I am not a punctuation wizard, right? I do my best. Something is wrong with this, though. Cook something with someone this weekend. Your kids, a friend, your partner, a parent, look, don't cook people. This is bad. Okay. You want to cook with friends, not your friends. Anyways, let's dive into it here. Take a look at what they're doing here because this is pretty cool stuff, I think.

Hey, look at that. There you go over there. These are Bitcoiners sharing their recipes and stuff. You can zap them. You can share your own recipes as well. I mean, this is cool. Not bad, huh? There you go. Look at top collections. Look, you can even browse by category. Hey, look, good times, guys. You know, check them out. Zap.cooking. Recipes, reads, polls, messages, like a whole entire, like a whole entire cooking ecosystem right here. See, there you go over. Who's going to want to check it out? Exactly. You know, why not? And even if you don't love cooking, it may be it'll inspire, right? Maybe it inspires somebody to cook. Because let's face it, whatever most of us are getting out there in restaurants now, leaves a lot to be desired, right?

Leaves a lot to be desired. So the zap.cooking, nosternative space, where recipes are shared as open events, identity belongs to the individual, value flows peer to peer. Discovery comes from people not ranking systems, creativity compounds through conversation, remixing and shared curiosity. The goal is not to be the biggest recipe app. The goal is to create a place where food culture can live openly and grow naturally. Beautiful words. Well done. Zap.cooking. I wish you guys all the best. This is very cool stuff. I am even going to go there and look for ideas, right? Why not? Only so much you can do with chicken and beef over and over again. Guys, free Samurai, fuck the state. Thank you all for showing up, for chatting, hanging out with me. It's been absolutely awesome today. Don't forget to sign the petition. And if you feel so inclined, please, please consider donating to them.

Entity talk. Interesting. Interesting stuff. Well, the goal is always to, the goal is always to get more and more information about each individual that can then be weaponized against the individual. That's the tinfoil hat take. That's for sure. And we can't say the corporations aren't doing it. That's the other problem. Anyways, guys, have a great rest of the day. As you know, I'm back tomorrow, right? 12, 10 p.m. Same time and tomorrow night. Bitcoin tonight. Get ready. It's going to be spicy. It's definitely going to be spicy. This time, I'm remembering the links that I've sent Ulrich. So, yeah, it's going to be contentious. Anyways, have a great rest of the day. Take it easy.
