He vanished Friday, March 20th, around 11 a.m. in the 2600 block of Avenue T, while visiting family. He's at high risk because he has dementia and isn't familiar with the neighborhood. That makes the search urgent as he could easily get turned around. Locals and family are on edge, knowing how vulnerable he is without his bearings. Police put out the alert to get eyes everywhere in the community. Jackson stands six feet tall and weighs 160 pounds. He's a black man with a clear limp. His left leg bends inward noticeably. He was last wearing a cowboy hat, black to rag, light colored shirt, green joggers, and white gym shoes.
