The plots up for grabs in Bond Wolf's big 50th auction next month with a starting guide price of 50,000 pounds plus. This auction kicks off at 8.30 a.m. on Thursday, May 14th, and it's one of dozens of lots going under the hammer. The land stretches about 580 square meters. Bonds behind houses 49 to 51 Hazelden Road in Sheldon. Bond Wolf's chief exec, Gerprie Bossy, calls it a prime bacon spot in a mostly residential neighborhood on the edge of Sheldon Country Park. Folks are eyeing it for stuff like schools, community spots, or even homes, but everything hinges on getting planning permission from the council. Bossy's pushing potential buyers to chat with the council's planning team first to scope out ideas. The whole thing streams live online with options to bid by phone, proxy, or internet.
