In this episode Amy really pushed me out of my comfort zone and talked about topics I'm not used to talking about publicly! I'm so grateful for her and what she's doing because we ALL need to be talking about this and encouraging the youth to be comfortable talking about it too! Amy is an advocate and teaches parents how to have sexuality and relationship conversions with their children! 

Amy's Bio

A sexual health educator for over 27 years, Amy combined her expertise in adult education and sexual health and started Birds & Bees & Kids in 2006. Through her classes, books, and online solutions center she has helped thousands of parents learn how to talk with their kids about sexuality and relationships. With a certificate in neurodiversity and sexuality, she offers specialized programs designed to support parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children.
