I am right now in the beautiful island of St. Thomas. Please check it out. St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. What's happening? Today is my 55th birthday, 55th rotations around the sun. Five rotations. Wow, amazing. Hey, amazing. And through a lot. A lot of ups, a lot of downs, a lot of rounding rounds. You know, but it's all doing work. It's been just an amazing, amazing life.
And I feel like I've lived a life of 10 men already. I have no regrets, zero regrets. Zero regrets. And after 55 years, you learn a lot. Thank you for all the happy birthday wishes. By the way, I see them jumping in here. I appreciate it. You know, after 55 years rotating around this sun, you get to pick up a lot of knowledge, a lot of understanding. You get a lot of insight. You get to get yourself up to that. You know, if you're not open to it, then you won't get anything. You'll just stay stagnant. And you'll be like an NPC, like a non-player character in the video game. A hamster on a wheel. But if you're open to learning, if you're open to, if you're open to holding yourself accountable, if you're open to growth, exploration, research, investigation, asking questions and seeking answers, you're going to learn a lot.
You can transform a lot in five and a half decades. And when you realize that you live more than half a century, you start getting a lot of epiphanies, and you start kind of really beginning to understand, that you have to cherish every single moment, right? Because a half of a century is incredible. So I've lived 55th century and a half of a decade, basically, is what I'm going to say. And one of the things I would leave to people is that don't hold on to anger. Because anger, it will destroy you. Anger will become an illness inside of your body. The anger will create disease, and that disease will create disease. And then that disease will have you pushing up daisies.
So don't hold on to anger. A lot of us have a lot of things that we can be angry for forever. There's so many things that happen to me that I can literally be, I feel like I got the right to be angry. But you know what? What good is that going to serve me? What good is that going to serve the world? What good is that going to serve my body? What good is that going to do for anyone, right? Now, it doesn't mean that you don't get angry, because if anyone tells you that getting angry is illegal, or you shouldn't get angry because you're conscious, well, that's bull crap too. We're all going to get angry at certain points in our lives. It's what we do with the anger, how we process that anger, how we face the anger, how we get to the root cause of what created the anger in the first place. Or was it something based on fear that then percolated into anger? Was it based on ignorance that became anger? What was it? What was the trigger that puts you into that frequency and vibration?
Also, once you got into that frequency and vibration, did you become self aware and recognize that you were in that state of being and then move and shift yourself out of that state of mind back into brain heart coherence, through breath, through meditation, through prayer, through whatever works for you. For me, I love walking on the beach, right? How did you get yourself back into a certain level of coherence? Process the anger out of the body. Because if you don't, it will become disease in the body. And that turns into all kind of illnesses, pains, suffering. The only person that suffers when you sustain anger for a long period of time is you. You're the one that suffers. Nobody else suffers. Not even the people that you're angry at. You actually self inflict a punishment on your own self through the anger.
Right? And so in that case, you have to recognize, realize that sustaining anger for extended period of time is only poisoning you. You know, again, these are things that I've learned over my 55-year journey. You know, today's my birthday making this 55th journey around the sun. Another thing is stop and smell the roses. You know, that's what I'm doing out here right now in this beautiful place. I'm smelling the roses right now. I'm hearing beautiful St. Thomas. I have a lot of family here in St. Thomas. I haven't seen them in so many years. My first time really coming to St. Thomas. I have family in St. Thomas in Puerto Rico. So tomorrow I'm going to go see some family that I haven't seen since I saw them last probably in New York or Melbourne, Florida, maybe 20 years ago. And I'm going to go see some family, some great aunts that are still alive, some cousins that are still alive.
But I'm here to smell the roses, you know, I've been blessed that coming here was actually part of my birthday gift. Our girlfriend brought me here to see, it's surprising with the trip to St. Thomas. And brought me here to really relax and get some relaxation and just detox my mind. And this is a fantastic gift of places I had never been, but also a place where I can also experience some love and some family, you know, and smell the roses. You know, I work a lot. Sometimes I'm working 15, 16, 17 hours. I've done 24 hours shifts many times. You know, I've been on podcasts runs where I fly from state to state. Don't even check in no sales. I go to two podcasts goes right back to the airport, hop on a flight. Get to the next city. Do two podcasts. Sometimes three podcasts, hop on a flight. Get to the next city. You know, I've done that so many times where I've just gone cycles three, four, five days cycles, you know, basically virtually no sleep.
I put countless hours in behind the cameras and recording content, making content and so forth. Writing, writing documentaries, writing films. I don't just write stuff for myself. I also write for other companies, other producers, other TV shows. You know, they hire me to write their stuff. I do research for movies. I do research for documentaries, for other companies, productions, other production companies. A lot of people don't even know that. You know, and they pay me for that. So that's a lot. There's a lot of work, you know. But then all of that, you have to stop and smell the roses. Right. You have to take breaks. So what I do now is I take breaks. I go maybe four or five hours. I stop. I take a break. I try to find something that's in nature. If I can, no matter where I am. Right. If I can't get out into nature, then I stop and just take a meditation break, depending on where I am. Just to stop 15, 20 minutes grounding, breathing.
You know, even just reflecting. Doing a self-audit on your body, asking yourself, what was your dominant thought? What was my dominant thought for the day? What time, what time to the day, what parts of this last four hours in a negative thought? Why did, did that come up? What was that link to? How do I understand what that was so I can process any negativity or thoughts that don't align with my future or self? They don't align with the greater version of myself. Right. Understanding. How do I, how do I process that information? You see? All this is really important stuff, you know. Where do I feel pain in my body and why do I feel pain in that part of my body? And ask my body, what is that pain linked to? What, what happened there? What's, what's hiding in that part of my body that's creating this discomfort? You know? Consistently just stopping processing, asking questions, waiting for yourself to bring the answers without judgment.
No judgment needed. Just waiting for the answers to come so you can understand more. All right. Process it. And get yourself back into brain heart coherence so you can move on. Really important stuff. Also, another important thing I learned over the years watching, you know, so much racism since I was a child watching my father get beat by cops when I was only seven years old. I was a mistake in identity. I'm sitting in the car while cops coming, smashes headed with the butt of a rifle. Beat them down to the ground. It might be Florida back in the 70s. And then call them a derogatory name. And then it wasn't even him. It was somebody down the street. You know, being a part of seeing that and seeing riots and also being profiled myself by cops over the many years.
You know, driving around black, being pulled over for no reason. Having my scrotum searched and brought daylight on main streets to see if I was hiding drugs underneath my scrotum. We just had a humiliation ritual. They were trying to put me through, you know, things like that. And then of course, just seeing over the years, just the different levels of treatment that you get. Depending on the hue of your skin. But with all of that being said, you have to remember one important thing. Never become what they are. Never become a racist. Never turn to hate. Never turn to the level of hate that ends up turning you into the same monster that they are. Don't allow them to transform you into a duplicate of them.
You know, still maintaining a certain level of course. Common sense and logic, trying to put yourself in crazy situations if you can. And when you recognize someone's being racist, then just kindly remove yourself from that situation. You know, but again, don't become a racist. Because becoming a racist is exactly what they want you to become. They want to convert you into a carbon copy of themselves. They want you to be just as angry and hateful and disgusting as they are. And one thing I'm so proud of myself is that I never became a racist. I never became a racist no matter how much hate hurt pain. I still understand that there's a certain number of people out there that are good people that aren't racist. It's that the racist they stand up the most.
Because we are designed human beings are designed to recognize. Danger. And so our nervous system. Our brain is designed to recognize dangerous designed to spot it pick it up. And get us ready for fight or flight. And so negative things stand out more than positive things. And so that's why racism is so huge because we can sense it. We feel it. We can smell it. Right. But also you have to weigh in some form of logic that at the end of the day, there are eight point four billion people now on earth roughly. But there are not eight point four billion racist. Are there a percentage of them that are? Yes. But at the same time, if you if you become racist at eight million people.
Because of a few hundred million people, well, then you're the same monster that they are. So you have to kind of weigh in some logic into it and understand that yes racism is a problem. Racism doesn't exist. We need to expose it where we can. But at the same time, don't become a racist. These are lessons that I'm teaching you. My age at 55, I turned 55 today. And I'm just dropping some knowledge on you. If you want to have a good life. If you want to have a life filled with as least stress as possible. If you want to extend your life and not be filled with disease, you know. I mean, another thing is watching who you have in your circle. Right. Really important thing. I did pretty good most of my life to be quite honest with you. I only got caught up with two bad people in my circle over the last two years. You know. You know, I've. In the last two years, actually, two.
Two and a half years now. I got caught up with two bad people now out of the many years that I've. Really monitored who's in my vicinity, who's in my circle. To only have two really bad people is not that bad. Technically, I kind of could say three, but that person wasn't in my circle. That person was just a person that ended up joining in a business. Well, a business that I acquired. That person ended up already working there. So I didn't really bring that person into my circle. That kind of was acquired with the company. But once I found out where this person was up to, I got rid of them. But people that I hand picked and said, OK, this person is good to be in my circle. You got to remember those five people that you are with the most. Whether it's just work, whether it's relationship, whether it's just friendship, whether it's just relatives. Those five people are going to be your average income, your average conversation level, your average fitness level, your average conscious level.
They're going to be your average everything. And you know, you got to really take them. Now you also have to figure out those five people, which ones are secret haters, which ones are plotting against you, which ones are trying to commit a destiny swap. Because there are people out there that will fit all the proper categories of being in your circle. But you may not be able to detect that they were actually the enemy the entire time playing the role of a person that fits into every criteria that you set for yourself. And that's one that really is hard to detect. Right. I got caught up with two people like that over the last 24 or 2 and a half years technically 2 and a half years of time is moving so fast. And you know, 2 people that I thought were safe to be in my circle that turned out to be backsepar's haters, beeps, like actual full out crooks.
You know, stole from me. You know, stole from my bank accounts and did all kind of nefarious things behind the scenes. And in one person obviously, you know, set me up for that, that ambush of a of a debate situation a couple of years ago. And so not that bad. I mean overall, you know, but still it shows you how magnified though, just having one person. That's invaded your circle. That's deceitful. That's backsepping this line. That's playing a role of great acting game. In other words, they deserve it. Ami or Grammy, right. Just one person can really pull and break down and destroy everything you built. So it's really, really important to figure that out. Now, are you always going to get it correct? I'm going to be very happy with my clienty and that's if I told you that you will, because that's going to be very hard to do 100% of the time.
Because at the end of the day, a lot of us are really caring loving people and we want to see the best in everyone. We want to believe the best in everyone. We want to care for everyone. And we want to believe that other people have our best interested heart since we have their best interests as hard as well. We really want to truly believe that deep down on our core because we're incredible, great loving and kind people. And sometimes the person can jump into that role and feel that role and pretend, you know, but eventually the mass cracks. And when the mass cracks, that's when you got a pullback, you know, two and a half years ago, I didn't know that that guy who set me up. I pulled into my inner circle. I didn't know that he had been supporting this other guy for over a year. I went back on that guy's post for over a year. He had been supporting, liking all the attacks and hate against me. That had been posted for a year, prior to even me knowing about this person even existing.
This person had been supporting them and commenting and yes, supporting and like, Rai, Rai, Rai, you good. This is what we want to do to him. And then I discovered it and I was like, holy crap. So this is after the back door. I discovered it's so much later. What's up brother? How you doing? And I was like, wow, look at this. This has been going. This plot has been working for over a year. You know, then the second person approximately now a year and a half ago. Because I learned my lesson from that other situation, I began digging a little bit deeper into the other person. That was in my closest inner circle. And I found a lot of theft. I found a lot of deceit. I found a lot of strange things going on. So instead of waiting for the takedown and waiting for the destiny swap. I made a preemptive decision and found some paper that got out of that situation. So when you find out that somebody in your circle is not for you. When you discover at the person in your circle is an enemy and op.
You get away from doing this fast as you possibly can no matter what it takes. And that takes some courage because sometimes these people. They could be in your relationship with you. You know what I'm saying? You could have assets tied together. You could have a lot of things going on. But always do a little bit of research on the people that you claim to be in your inner circle. You know, you got to weigh everything with a little bit of research and investigation. Now I'm investigating research everybody that I let in. Because I'm never going to be put in that situation again. You know what I'm saying? So that's how it works. I'm just dropping knowledge on my birthday. You all knowledge things that I've learned over my 55 rotations around the sun. So I'm just dropping some knowledge on things that I've learned. You know, saying all these 55 years, man. And another thing you know, we're saying, man, is don't let anyone tell you what you can. It can't do. Because if you do that, then you will succumb to their level of belief in their own limits.
A lot of people have limits to their belief system to have limits to what they feel they can achieve in life. They have limits to what they feel they're capable of and what they even deserve. Even the level of abundance or lack of abundance, they believe has a cap on it. A lot of us are walking around saying, yeah, this is me. Beat no choice. This is me. No, it's not you. It's very well everyone else's suggestions, beliefs, ideas, ideologies, everything that they forced on you over the years. And you walk around and you build this subconscious shield around yourself thinking you too, but it's not really you. It's other people's perceptions of you. So you got to get down to the root core level as to who you truly are, what your true beliefs is, what are your core understandings of life, what are your core true morals, what are your passions, and what is your belief in your own capabilities and abilities and what's your belief about even abundance and what abundance actually means to you. And then you create and build your dreams around that and you excel from there.
Never live up to anyone else's expectations and never let anyone else's opinions come out of your mouth. Period. A lot of people want their opinions to come out of my mouth. It'll never happen. It'll never happen. A lot of people want their projections of how my life should go to show up on social media. That will never happen. I'm an independent sovereign. And I'm a kind of rebel that you can't you can't conform me. You can't put me into a box. You can't make me bend to your will. Just won't happen. That just won't happen. That's how come I became forbidden knowledge. That's how come I am who I am. And I can I and I projected my life, my message around the world. Why I resonate with so many people planet wide, maybe even into planetary. Because the people know that I'm a sovereign. Like I really am a true sovereign.
You know, so remember, live up to your own standards, your own ideas and rebuild your rebuild your understanding of what it means to be abundant. What is abundant? What does abundance mean to you? And do you have what is your belief system even about money? We've been told a lot of lies about money. Money grows on trees. People with money are evil. If you get too much money, then you know, you're going to do bad things with it. All these kind of stupid things. I know a lot of billionaires that are great human beings. So people with money ain't evil. It's that some people with money do evil things. But I went to my gun class. When I went to my weapons class to learn about my, I could see a weapons to get my concealed weapon license. The instructor said one thing that really resonated with me. She said what's more dangerous, a gun or a person driving a car. Of course, everyone on the class said, a gun. She said, no, a gun is more dangerous than a person in a car.
Because more people have been killed by people getting behind the wheel of a car and just running people over. Usually people with guns, 90% of the time are trained. And they have a certain understanding and a level of respect for the weapon itself. So more people are killed by angry vehicle drivers than they are by guns themselves. You see, so it's how do you wield the knowledge? How do you understand the knowledge? How do you, how do you perceive the knowledge? And how do you use that knowledge and apply it? It's not the knowledge that powers the application of the knowledge, that's power. And so it's all about your perception of reality, right? So you have to be the one that's going to choose. You have to be the one that makes those kind of decisions. And one of the knowledge that I give the next generation coming up right now. I've been in relationships that have been good. So I'm going to have them been so good.
I've been in great relationships and I've been in some not so great relationships. And sometimes it's hit or miss. But what I have learned recently is you got to learn how to date your timeline. And so now I've, you know, I'm on the frequency and vibration of dating my timeline, which is something new that I just started doing. And what does that mean dating your timeline, right? Well, you got to understand that people have their own timelines and our timelines cross. You see, so you might think that someone's on your same timeline, you meet them. Oh my God, this is the person for me. Oh my God, this is incredible. And but the time now is just criss-crossing. So they intersect for a temporal amount of time, right? Temporal. In other words, within the space time continuum, you intersect for a period of time. But it doesn't mean that you're on the same timeline because those time are just intersecting for a period and then they're moving away from each other.
And guess what? If you've been in relationships that haven't lasted for 20, 30, 40, 50 years like your grandparents, some of it could be your maturity or their maturity and relationship. Some of it could be your growth and their growth or your lack of growth in their growth advice, first of. The sum of it could be societal pressures. There's so many aspects to it that can make or break, you know what I'm saying, what? Who's how you intersect and then maintain the sustain the same timeline. And sometimes the timeline is just not going to be sustained. Sometimes it's just not going to be sustained. And so if you've gone through relationships and you've been through something that have made it and then didn't work out, don't beat yourself up over it. And also don't give up on love just because you had a couple of relationships that didn't work out. Don't do it. Right? Don't feel like you're not worthy because someone so cheated on you or someone so backstab you and so, so, so stole money from you or someone so did this and so and so did that.
The key is to ask yourself not what so and so did to you, but what did you do to put yourself into that situation? That's the hard part, right? Self accountability. In other words, why was I even in that situation to begin with? What was it about me where I didn't see these particular things? What was it about me that made me blind to these things? What was it about me that I was attracting into my life at that moment? And then once you face that reality of self accountability and stop taking the victim mindset and oh, what was me? Then you could begin to transform your understanding of life. Hey, babe, I'm just doing a little Instagram live. I'm doing a little IG live right now. I'm dropping some 55 year old knowledge. I have that for my video. Oh, yeah. Where's the, there you go. That's my baby right here. She brought me to St. Thomas from my birthday.
Yeah, you deserved it. Thank you, baby. You little break. Thank you. How are you guys doing out there? She's the first woman that ever took me on a trip. That ever bought me a gift without using my own money. Thank you, babe. Oh, sorry. It's okay. I'm talking about timelines right now, actually. Oh, you are. Okay. It's on my date and your timeline. And you know, coming to the understanding that, you know, time lunch, Chris, crossing sometimes. Like I said, it's not about crying and whining about what this person did to you. It's all about really understanding what did you do to put yourself in that situation? Yeah. How did you attract that into your life? And what would you do differently next time? You see? And once you do that, and then again, searching for someone on the same vibration on the same trajectory as you so that you don't don't Chris cross anymore. You sustain the same timeline. Yeah. You know, and so that's what we're going to be doing. We're going to be doing a podcast called Date Conscious.
We just have our first episode coming out soon, actually. We'll be talking about that. Yeah. And if you do everything that I talked about today, you know, if you just reflect on some of this information, I'm going to save this life today. It paused for a minute. Yeah, but I'm going to save this live and then I'm going to probably put it up on YouTube or something so that you can go back and watch it later. All right. Anyway, y'all 55 rotations around the sun. I'm here in St. Thomas. Anyway, we're going to end this because Instagram don't like me dropping this kind of knowledge too much. So I'm going to hop off of here now. But we'll catch you all later. All right. Peace. Hi. This is Billy Carson with ForBiddenNolage.tv.
