Bills Trade for DJ Moore, Reuniting Him with Joe Brady

0:00With the NFL today, March 5th, the Buffalo Bills just traded for wide receiver DJ Moore from the Chicago Bears. This move brings Moore back together with his old coach Joe Brady from their days with the Carolina Panthers. In exchange, the Bills are sending a mid-round draft pick from 2026. The trade won't be official until next Wednesday when the league year starts. Moore's contract calls for $24,500,000 each year from 2026 through 2029. It's fully guaranteed for 2026. And half of 2027 salary guarantees next week, locking him in with Buffalo at least. Through that season, fans are buzzing about Moore's past success under Brady, where he posted back-to-back 1,000 yard seasons in 2020 and 2021 in Carolina. His production dipped lately in Chicago, dropping from 1,364 yards in 2023 to 966 in 2024 and just 682 in 2025.
