Show Notes:

In this episode, we're joined by Assistant Director of Olympic strength and conditioning at the University of Wisconsin, Paul Valukas. Paul joined the Wisconsin Olympic strength and conditioning staff in 2021 as an assistant strength and conditioning coach, and currently oversees the Badgers women's hockey program. Paul joined the Badgers after most recently serving as the head strength and conditioning coach in the Ontario reign of the American Hockey League.
