Big (Difficult) Lessons from Big Dreams

Sometimes growth can be so darn uncomfortable! These past few weeks have seen some big dreams of mine come true, and with these big dreams coming true have been some very, very difficult- yet important- lessons.
I coordinated and hosted my first virtual summit! Yes- it was a big success...but the events leading up to it were challenging and offered me some big (difficult & painful) opportunities for personal growth.
This podcast is now officially an award-winning podcast!! Yep- I won 2 Davey Awards for excellence in interactive audio media (aka podcasting)! Oh boy- winning this award immediately brought up that dreaded monster...imposter syndrome!
