Big Book Guys: The Housemaid with Freida McFadden

The Big Book Guys recently held their third discussion via Zoom last week, and not to toot our own horn, but this might just be the coolest book club out there. Delicious wine, Bailey’s harmonica playing, AND the author of the book – it doesn’t get better than that! Freida dives into how she developed the characters, the inspiration behind the storyline, and even how she got her family’s input for mild torture ideas. Now, that’s some family bonding. She also explains how she balances her day job with writing and how being a practicing physician specializing in brain injury has inspired some of her novels.
