tell Marta motion for him to come closer, and then they hugged a moment that was both
heartwarming to some and conflicting to others, just like the Diamondbacks opening series
on the road.
They come home, oh, in three for the fifth time in team history, but they could have easily
won two of those games.
Their bullpen has been very successful in eight of 11 innings this season.
The other three have been a disaster.
This starting pitching has been good, but the corner infielders are looking and hitting
as old as we feared.
Meanwhile, the Diamondbacks jumped out to two nothing leads in all three games, only
to fall asleep in the back abs of each game.
Now, maybe it's not fair to judge the Diamondbacks against a juggernaut dynasty like the Dodgers
that maybe the true evaluation period begins tonight in the home opener against the Tigers,
but you only get one chance to make a first impression.
And after three games in Los Angeles, I'm guessing a lot of Diamondback fans are also
in need of a hug.
