Bible John

About this episode

In 1968 and 1969, three women in their mid-20s to early 30s were murdered in the Scottish industrial city of Glasgow. They were Patricia Docker, Jemima McDonald, and Helen Puttock. They had all gone out for a night of dancing and socializing before being murdered. The murder suspect became known as Bible John. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the murders committed by Bible John. The murders of all three women shared many similarities. Helen Puttock's sister Jean shared a cab with her sister and the man who would later kill Helen. She shared a description with the police along with the fact that this man quoted the Old Testament which led to the media calling the killer Bible John.
