0:00And I there, welcome to the kitchen table, and it's great being with you. I was reading something here in my Bible that caught my attention, and let me share this with you. This is pretty neat. It's over in Psalm 6 and verse 4. The Psalmist says, return, O Lord, deliver my soul, O save me for thy mercy's sake. That is Psalm 6 and verse 4. And it's a wonderful thing when God turns to us and delivers us, I was thinking about. And it's also a wonderful thing, a double wonder here, when He draws us to return to Him. In Malachi 3.7, it says, even from the days of your fathers, He are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, sayeth the Lord of hosts.

1:01But ye said, wherein shall we return? And that's in Malachi 3.7, let us never say that, but let's be responsive to the invitation. Yes, return to me, and I will return unto you, sayeth the Lord of hosts, Malachi 3 and verse 7. Isn't that a great promise there? And there is one more scripture verse here that ties in with this thought, and it's in Isaiah 38-17. Behold, for peace I had great bitterness, but thou hast in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption, for thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back. Isaiah 38-17, the benefits of returning to the Lord. So if you need to return, I do encourage you to do that. I love that too. Thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back. Isaiah 38-17.
