Fred Bandy Jr. and John Wayne Lehman were just arrested for the 1975 murder of 17-year-old Laurel Jean Mitchell. Mitchell was abducted in North Webster, Indiana, and murdered in nearby Noble County. Indiana State Police cracked the 47-year-old cold case with help from tipsters and DNA evidence.
