The reason why I'm glad you said that mental because sometimes writing down reasons why you can't do things is actually another form of looking yourself in the mirror.

1:10See, we don't have to physically actually look actually, which I'm going to talk about this on the next, the next episode. But I'm going to give a little small sample. Sometimes we don't have to look in the actual physical mirror, actually looking at in the mirror. Because my question that I proposed was, can you truly look yourself in the mirror? So, with that being said, I feel this person here answered the question for the things that I was actually looking for. Correct. The reason why I say this is due to the simple fact that this is just not me asking questions. This is also to help myself and others that can't truly look yourself in the mirror.

2:13AKA writing things down, AKA doing other things by pampering yourself by loving myself. See, looking in the mirror is just to begin in stages of this. We're going to go into a deeper in the next two episodes. Alright, yeah. Alright. Now, we're thinking, would you let me to give you an example of looking in the mirror, but not physically looking at your own reflection in the mirror? Now, Rafiki, here's a way somebody can look in the mirror, but not actually physically look at the mirror in the bathroom. Before we start a recording, Rafiki, did you look in the mirror with a conversation with me? Did I give you a reflection of you in the mirror without you physically looking in the mirror? So true. So true. By the way, what I did to Rafiki is the same thing was my response to said last answer.

4:17And one of the things that you told me, Rafiki, is you keep asking people what? For what? Straight what? Critique? Yeah, critique, yes. And what did you say when you say, man, I keep asking people for a straight critique, but what? I don't get it. And then what else did you say? I really want to what? I want to hear. The reason why I want to hear the critiques by other people is because that's helping me to grow and expand and heal. Oh, so Rafiki, do you think, so did I do that with that last answer? Hey, she presented herself away in the mirror and then I just responded with how I see in the reflection of somebody who needs to do shadow work.

5:25But I'm not judging if they in the middle of where they are. I can hear where they are on that scale of doing the shadow work, but I can hear that it needs to be done. And if that person has begun, congratulations. It's a hard journey, but in all actuality, from somebody who been through the end, there's a party at the end. It's something waiting for you at the end. So I hope you succeed. Congratulations on beginning, you know, but I'm from St. Louis.
