Can the Bible Be PROVED True in a Court of Law? The Bible has been proven TRUE! BOOM. You heard me right and that statement should be taken quite LITERALLY. You might wonder how this can be possible yet this is EXACTLY what the Scriptures teach. For example, look at the passage we started with where Paul explains that the Biblical narrative and Creator are “clearly seen” and “understood from creation.” In other words, we can’t claim an excuse for a life of unbelief on Judgment Day! God’s creation is ITS OWN WITNESS, testifying in God’s court of law that he is REAL and the Bible is TRUE. By the way, it’s important to see those two things together. The creation doesn’t testify to another creator or false god. It reflects the story of the Gospel and openly proclaims our need for the new Adam the Lord Jesus our Messiah. Please hear me on this: People reject the Bible and proclaim a different religious narrative like evolution because, in Paul’s words, they “SUPPRESS THE TRUTH by their wickedness” (Romans 1:18). So NO, you are not crazy. You see reality as it should be. You see the beauty of God’s AMAZING Gospel story in what has been made. Can the Bible be proven true in a court of law? It already has been. The Supreme Judge of the Universe has made his decision and declared his judgment to the ends of the earth. He says, “Believe in my Son right now because it is true.” It’s all true. Period. Case dismissed. Application:How can we try to reach some of those who “suppress the truth by wickedness?” Does today's verse give you new insight into how alternative theories about our origins (like evolution or other religious mythologies) started?
