De-culting is a very important skill that I hope to help people with, God help me. lol

I was in several cults myself, and I’m sure you have been at one time or another too. Whether they were in the spiritual, health, or other arenas everyone’s life has been particularly touched by cult culture.

It requires a special sauce to extricate from a cult, and we will unpack what that is. I’m counting on the chat to share their cult experiences, and I’m thinking this might turn into a series since a deep dive into some of the cults in particular would be useful.

We will talk about the scale of cults, the harm participation in them brings, and look at the solutions in the same place I always find them.

PS Because I name the episodes of BoFA with verbs I had to invent a word, “de-cult”. Here’s what AI says the meaning of it is. It gets me, which I know is not necessarily a good thing. LOL
