He: החום הקיצי היה כבד.
En: The summer heat was oppressive.

He: אשפוזים בבית החולים לא פסקו.
En: Hospital admissions didn't cease.

He: הייתה תחושת טרדה באוויר החם שמחוץ למבנה הקריר והלבן.
En: There was a feeling of unease in the hot air outside the cool, white building.

He: איתן, האח המסור, חש במתח המסתתר מאחורי הקירות הלבנים.
En: Eitan, the dedicated nurse, sensed the tension hidden behind the white walls.

He: קבצים רפואיים נעלמו.
En: Medical files were disappearing.

He: כל פעם מחדש.
En: Again and again.

He: זה התחיל בשקט, רק קובץ או שניים, אבל עם הזמן המצב החמיר.
En: It started quietly, just one or two files, but with time, the situation worsened.

En: "We're looking for the files," replied Eitan decisively.
