Ben’s Rain Man, Wilde and Brewers Stress

Ben Brust fills in for Homer and gets his long-awaited chance to host Rain Man, with Tree in Mequon struggling through a sports trivia gauntlet that includes Jacob Misiorowski, Steve “Homer” True, Pat Murphy, Christian Watson and the Brewers’ home run leader. Ben and CKatt then react to Dustin May delivering seven strong innings for Milwaukee, comparing his start to the Tarik Skubal conversation while looking ahead to a possible Logan Henderson-Skubal matchup. Jason Wilde joins to preview Packers-Steelers preseason week, with Aaron Rodgers back in the conversation but the game lacking the full Lambeau Field drama it could have had. Wilde says he would not play Jordan Love, Christian Watson, Jayden Reed, Matthew Golden or Tucker Kraft in the preseason because the injury risk is not worth it, especially after Love hurt his thumb in last year’s preseason opener.
