About this episode
It can be tough to believe in ourselves since we are usually our own worst critics.
That can be a good thing because we are always striving for more BUT it can also cripple us due to the fact that we never truly believe we can accomplish our goals.
2 things I NEVER want you to forget when it comes to belief…
1 - Hard Work Comes Before The Belief - You have to take that 1st step before you believe you can succeed. Action cures everything, including self doubt.
2 - If you don’t believe you can accomplish the goals you set out to chase then your mind will do everything possible to make that thought true….
BUT on the flip side…
If you DO believe you can accomplish the goals you set out to chase then your mind will do everything possible to make that thought TRUE…
“Believe, really believe you can move a mountain and you can. Not many people believe that they can move mountains. So, as a result, not many people do.” – David J. Schwartz, The Magic Of Thinking Big.
