Brenda Warren, The Soulutionist also known as Voice for the Voiceless, is a retired United States Marine, Author, Host of the show Talk To Me, a Podcaster, and Mental Fitness Coach. After traveling the world for over thirty-three years teaching others about leadership, self-care, cultivating healthy relationships, and spiritual growth, all of this would be put to the test when Brenda Warren had a mental breakdown in 2013 while serving as the Director of Environmental Services at a Hospital. Diagnosed with Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Military Sexual Trauma (MST) in 2011, she was overmedicated, unheard by doctors and family. Their one size fits all approach to her care left her desperate to find her Voice and solutions to her ongoing issues which included chronic pain disorders. Brenda now conducts interviews on her own show Talk To Me and teaches others Mental Fitness, using a mind, body, and soul approach. She empowers people to find Their Voice, Show Up and Power Up in their own unique way to live a well-balanced life. As the Author of Soul Searching, Get on Board for Transformation Using the TAPIN Method, she shares her TAPIN message at churches and other organizations across the country.
