Being OK with Not Being Buttoned Up - Wellbeing Wisdom Tiny Bites Podcast

About this episode

I experimented in my kitchen today. I had some wraps that tasted good but had a weird texture, some veggies that were about to go around the corner, some red sauce from my favorite Italian restaurant, cottage cheese, eggs, and spices. I created a veggie lasagna that is soooo good I want to eat it for the rest of my life.

I’ll never be able to recreate this wonderful concoction because I made it up and didn’t write it down.

Does that kind of thing ever happen to you – you get creative, make something you are wildly excited about, and then you realize you can’t ever make it again? How does that make you feel?

Many people would feel disappointed that they’ll never make it again. Many people would kick themselves for not taking notes.

Can you be one of the one, not the many? Can you be excited at your abilities and eager to see what you create next? Can you get playful with the possibilities? Can you celebrate your freedom and your outside-the-box thinking?

When you learn to celebrate in yourself what others might think of as a failure, you unleash your creativity in a huge way!
