Being bold and brave in language learning: A chat with Natalie King
About this episode
In this episode, we’re chatting with Natalie King, a member of the Language Lovers AU Community who shows us that you can learn and continue to learn other languages no matter what stage of life you find yourself at. We’re so inspired by her story!
Natalie has studied Latin, German, Japanese, French, Italian, Mandarin Chinese and Turkish at different times in her life, and we loved speaking with her about her experiences of learning languages through various methods (at times when there have been more - or less! - resources available), the important part that being brave has to play, her enviable travels around the world and how language learning brings her joy.
Does Natalie’s story inspire you too? Join the Language Lovers AU Community on Facebook to take part in the conversation and let us know about any questions you might have!
