About this episode
Drones are again targeting Russia, with one shot down near Moscow and three more intercepted in the Bryansk region bordering Ukraine, Russian officials say. It comes just one day after Russia faced its biggest drone assault since the war began. Drones are becoming gamechangers in this fight, and some experts say they're transforming the nature of war itself. Military officials say Ukraine is losing more than 40 drones a day, and ordinary citizens are being recruited to make up the shortfall for the frontlines, as Christiane saw at a drone training center in Ukraine.
For more on how drone technology is re-shaping the battlefield, Christiane is joined by James Rogers, adviser on drones to NATO and the UK, and General Sir Richard Shirreff, former NATO Deputy Supreme Allied Commander for Europe.
