Baby Buss Hello and welcome back to Baby Buss Bedtime Stories. Kids, what did you do to brighten your day? Alright, let's lie down, talk in, make yourself, ourselves comfortable and prepare for today's story. It's another fantastic story written just for you. Kindergarten Stories, The Black Ants and Red Ants Hurry up! Look what I found! It's a delicious cookie! Captain Black Ant stood at the top of his anthill, his two thin feelers waving excitedly. Hee-ho! Shortly after, a few Black Ants came over using all their strength.
Crunch! The cookie broke into two halves. Ouch! The Black Ants fell down one by one. Oh no! What happened? That hurts! The Black Ants rubbed their backs and looked to the other end of the cookie. The ten Red Ants on the other side of the cookie were also rubbing their backs. The Black and Red Ants had torn the cookie into two halves. It's about to rain! Let's each take half of the cookie! Captain Red Ant looked at the Black clouds above him and said to Captain Black Ant. We have to carry the cookie back quickly or it'll be washed away by the rain. Yeah, we have to hurry up! The ten Black ants hoisted half of the cookie onto their shoulders. While the ten Red Ants hoisted the other half of the cookie onto their shoulders.
The two teams walked toward their homes. Hee-ho! Which team is faster? Which team is slower? We're both fast. Suddenly the wind started blowing. Captain Black Ant was very anxious. Oh no! It's about to rain! We have to think of a faster way. Why don't we split into two teams? No, three teams. Stop quarreling! Let's keep moving forward. The Red Ants are already way ahead. Hee-ho! Which team is faster? The Red Ant team is faster. Just as the Black Ants were quarreling, the ten Red Ants maintained their formation, moving forward together. Rumble. Suddenly, thunder sounded. Captain Black Ant was anxious again.
Oh no! There's thunder! We must think of a faster way. So the team of Black Ants stopped again. Let's split into two teams. No, if we split into two teams, we won't be able to lift the cookie. Stop quarreling! Let's hurry and move forward. Hee-ho! Which team is faster? The Red Ant team is faster. As the Black Ants were quarreling, the team of Red Ants maintained formation, hurrying on their way together. The Red Ants had already left the Black Ants way behind. Oh dear! Why are the Red Ants way ahead of us? Don't worry. Let's catch up and overtake them. Charge! Oh, don't push me. Hey, you stepped on my foot. The Black Ants kept quarreling as they moved forward in a crooked line.
The Red Ants, on the other hand, maintained their formation, marching forward together with their stable steps. Hee-ho! Which team is faster? The Red Team is faster. But suddenly, a few drops of rain fell. The Black Ants kept quarreling and became flurried. Oh no, it's raining. What should we do? Oh, we're doomed. Our cookie will be washed away by the rain. By that time, the Red Team had already reached the entrance to their hole and carried the cookie inside. Splash! The rain became heavier and heavier. Just as the Black Ants were feeling helpless, Captain Red Ant came back to the Black Ants. Black Ants, stop quarreling. If everyone works together, you can overcome any difficulty.
Now listen to my instructions. After listening to Captain Red Ant, the Black Ants regrouped into an orderly team again. They chanted as they carried the cookie. Hee-ho! Hee-ho! Under the direction of Captain Red Ant, the Black Ants finally made it home and saved their food.
