Becoming ageless

About this episode

Aging comes for us all (if we're lucky), but the narrative around the aging journey is often one singularly focused on decline. What if we could age well and live better? What if we could be ageless? That is Laura Lynn Morrissey's mission with her company SilverSavvy.

SilverSavvy provides resources to the over-60 crowd to support an individualized aging journey. In addition to offering a wealth of free information, Laura Lynn provides consultative services for filing Long Term Care insurance claims, selecting a home care provider, and health and wellness specifically for aging adults. She also curates useful products to help make life easier, saving folks from the endless abyss of the internet.

Laura Lynn is a certified trainer, nutritionist, and aging specialist (International Sports Science Association), as well as a certified dementia practitioner (National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners). However, her greatest qualification came from many years of caring for her mother, from the age of seven years old. With a strong sense of self, and a powerful purpose, Laura Lynn is helping and inspiring many people all around the world.

This is an essential podcast for anyone at any age, because I am sure we all want to become ageless. Laura Lynn has the tips. Don't miss this wonderful conversation.
