This edition of the Tragical History Tour is an encore presentation. Yes, once again, it's time for the Tragical History Tour. I'm Lisa B here with you for the next hour. We have a lot of firsts in Beatles history this week. This day, October 18, 1957, Paul McCartney actually made his debut with the Quarrymen.
The Quarrymen performed in the evening in a ball held by the Conservative Club at the new Club More Hall on Broadway in Liverpool. And Paul played John a couple of songs that he had composed. One of them was I Lost My Little Girl, which ultimately was never completed, never recorded, but he played some of it on Paul McCartney Unplugged on MTV, so we are going to hear that now.
Thank you. Thank you. You never did it because of that line, a hair wouldn't always curl. Couldn't land all that line.
Some other guy from the Beatles' first TV performance, which was on Granada TV's People and Places, that air, October 17, 1962. The performance was actually recorded at the Cavern Club in August of 1962, and it was one of the first appearances of Ringo with the Beatles. Before that, we heard I Lost My Little Girl from MTV Unplugged, the acoustic music series that Paul actually debuted. And we played that because that was one of the first original songs Paul played for John. Paul made his debut with the Quarry Men on October 18, 1957 at a ball held by the Conservative Club. You're listening to the tragic history tour I'm Lisa B.
And on October 18, 1926, Chuck Berry was born. The Beatles, of course, were all huge Chuck Berry fans, so we're going to play a set of them covering him right now, beginning with George Taking Lead on Roll Over Beethoven. The Beatles, of course, were all huge Chuck Berry fans, so we're going to play a set of them covering him right now. It's a rockin' little record of one my jacket to play. Roll Over Beethoven got a hit again today. You know my time is just rising at the two-box, called The Beatles. I've been with them, I'm so good to sing in the blues.
Roll Over Beethoven, a tragic house given the blues. I've got a rockin' pneumonia, I need a shot of rhythm at the blues. I think I call it out the right as it's down by the rhythm review. Roll Over Beethoven, a rockin' into by two. Well, if you feel it, and I get it, you get your lover and real and fuck it. Roll it over and move on up just, trouble for a winner. Roll Over Beethoven, a rockin' into by two. Well, if you feel it, you get your lover and real and fuck it. Roll Over Beethoven, a rockin' pneumonia, I need a shot of rhythm at the blues.

Johnny Begod, Carol, and too much funky business Before that we heard rockin' roll music from Beatles for sale And we began with Roll Over Beethoven, from with the Beatles You're listening to the tragic history tour I'm Lisa B And on October 18th, 1988, traveling Wilburys Volume 1 was released That of course was the super group, although they did not like that name That consisted of George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Jeff Lynn, and Roy Orbison So we're gonna play a set of traveling Wilburys music now starting of course with the opening track from the album featuring George on lead, Handle with Care Beat beat up and battle around, beat sing up and I beat shut down You're the best thing that I've ever found, and only with care
Reputations change your goal, situations torrent, but maybe you're a doggo And only with care I'm so tired of being lonely I still have some love to give Won't you show me love even again? Everybody's got somebody to lean on Put your body next to mine and dream on I've been fucked up but I've been fooled I've been loved and really cute They kiss and to the night schools and only with care
Beat step in a port terrorized, sent to meetings if not tied Over exposed commercialized and only with care I'm so tired of being lonely I still have some love to give Won't you show me love even again? Everybody's got somebody to lean on Put your body next to mine and dream on I've been a tired and really cute
I've been loved and really cute Hi, this is Gavin Pring, I played George Harrison And you're listening to the greatest beat all hits with Lisa B on the Trans-Gal History Tour I've been a good friend and nothing more than time of my path
I was lost in the night with no sight of you and it's time to whisper to him only, letting for the light And close to the edge hanging by my finger and nails I roll out a towel to the roses on the ponds and I couldn't see the sunlight for me any more than time I've been deceived and fake like a liar hanging over me And we're breaking down, I was leaning around I didn't know what this hour's been She's a word it out, I'm walking down in the same highway I don't see another news but I feel a lot of change and I get the same speed I feel the same pain in both the lines
Oh my hands are tied to jokers and fools on either side Oh still I can't talk to the worst that God and I'll see the whole I will see I'm walking down, I'm walking down the same highway I don't see another news but I feel a lot of change and I get the same speed I'm heading for the light I see the sun ahead, I never look back All those dreams are coming to run like the heat
Now there's nothing in the way to stop me letting for the light Now there's nothing in the way to stop me letting for the light Let me for the light
Let me for the light I'm too afraid Like a ship on the sea I love roads over me like a ship on the sea I love roads over me go away I go away let me be like a wind in a tree
I love goes in one name like a wind in one tree I love roads over me go away Oh wait let me for the light I'm too afraid Like a ship on the sea I'm standing on the wet cliffs of the over Looking out in the space I love a channel to cross over I'm not looking to change The light is a dark and green
Going with the heavy We're still loving around Like a leaf on a tree I love is shaking me like a leaf on a tree I love is shaking me No way Go away let me be like a ship on the sea Like a leaf like a ship on the sea
I love is shaking me like a ship on the sea It was late in the morning I've no been burned She was loading up the wagon in the rain She said she'd be back in the morning But she never came through here again I'd see her in the market She never had much to spend These days the market's an old parking lot And she never came through here again I'd see her in the market
Time plays tricks on your memory It's been a long weekend She said she'd be back here by Monday But never came through here again Some say you're so salary And someone took her here They found a blue ship wrapping on the ground And she never came through here again I'd see her in the market I bought a tap for her in Heyper
She was ruler to me Was a photo of a woman on a llama But she never came through here again And if you should see her She made me old Batman Tell her I'm missing her and you feel that's good way She'll never come into here again Maxi, Maxi, Maxi, Maxi, Maxi, Maxi Okay, that's it All right, right around in the breeze
Well it's all right If you live the life you please Well it's all right When the best you can Well it's all right As long as you land the pan You can sit around and wait for the phone to ring Waiting for someone to tell you everything Sit around and wonder what your model's bring Maybe a damn ring Well it's all right Even if the sea around will it all right Sometimes you gotta be strong Well it's all right As long as you got so much to lay with it All right
Everyday is just one day Maybe somewhere down the road will graze In the end of the line You think of me and wonder where I am these days Maybe somewhere down the road When somebody plays In the end of the line Purple hay Well it's all right Even when bush comes to shove Well it's all right If you've got someone to love Well it's all right Everything will work out fine Well it's all right We're going to the end of the line Don't have to be ashamed of the car I drive I'm just glad to be here Happy to feel that The end of the line
It don't matter if you're by my side The end of the line The saddest friend Well it's all right Even if you're old and grey Well it's all right You still got something to say Well it's all right Remember to leave and live Well it's all right The best you can do is forgive Well it's all right Right and around The freeze really All right If you're the left you please Well it's all right Even if the sun doesn't shine When it's all right We're going to the end of the line
