BBC Producer Denies Child Abuse Image Charges

Cops spound over 6,200 images across four devices he owned, including 192 category A1s, the most serious kind. He started at BBC Wales back in 2001, working as a producer and cardiff right up until his arrest. The gear included a hard drive, a laptop, and two tablets that got seized. When Dawes told police he knew nothing about the images, and pointed out his devices sat in open offices for weeks at a time. He even loaned one tablet to a coworker, just for job stuff. Prosecutors say he dodged key questions, like who else might have accessed the devices at his house. Still, he swears he only grabbed regular adult content and feels no pull to her kids. The Canton resident faces three counts each of possessing and making those images, all not guilty please. More proceedings roll on in Cardiff, with the jury weighing it all.
