又是好几天没更新节目啦，

I haven't updated the program for several days again.

你们应该知道，我回老家了，

You should know that I've gone back to my hometown.

我回到了我的家乡重庆，

wǒ|huí dào le|wǒ de|jiā xiāng|Chóng qìng，

I have returned to my hometown, Chongqing.

今天的节目没有麦克风了，

jīn tiān de|jié mù|méi yǒu|mài kè fēng|le，

There is no microphone for today's program.

只能用手机录音。

zhǐ néng|yòng|shǒu jī|lù yīn，

I can only record with my mobile phone.

今年我们要去我老公的哥哥家过年，

jīn nián|wǒ men|yào|qù|wǒ|lǎo gōng|de|gē ge jiā|guò nián，

This year we are going to my husband's brother's home for the Spring Festival.

在上海。

zài|Shàng hǎi，

It's in Shanghai.

但是在那之前，我们回到了重庆，

dàn shì|zài|nà|zhī qián，|wǒ men|huí dào le|Chóng qìng，

But before that, we came back to Chongqing.

是因为我的外婆八十几岁，生病比较严重，

shì|yīn wèi|wǒ de|wài pó|bā shí jǐ suì，|shēng bìng|bǐ jiào|yán zhòng，

Because my grandmother is in her eighties and is seriously ill.

我们回来看看。

wǒ men|huí lái|kàn kan，

We came back to see her.

我自2019年回了重庆后，

wǒ|zì|èr líng yī jiǔ nián|huí le|Chóng qìng|hòu，

After I went back to Chongqing in 2019,

就生养孩子了，直至2024年才又回到重庆看看，

jiù|shēng yǎng|hái zi|le，|zhí zhì|èr líng èr sì nián|cái|yòu|huí dào|Chóng qìng|kàn kan，

I had children and only came back to visit Chongqing again in 2024.

每一次回来，我都有很多感想，这是一种乡愁吧。

měi yī cì|huí lái，|wǒ|dōu|yǒu|hěn duō|gǎn xiǎng，|zhè shì|yī zhǒng|xiāng chóu|ba，

Every time I come back, I have many feelings; this is a kind of nostalgia.

我的家乡变了很多，又有很多都没变，

wǒ de|jiā xiāng|biàn le|hěn duō，|yòu|yǒu|hěn duō|dōu|méi biàn，

My hometown has changed a lot, yet many things remain the same.

自从我爸妈都离开了我成长的老房子，

zì cóng|wǒ|bà mā|dōu|lí kāi|le|wǒ|chéng zhǎng|de|lǎo fáng zi，

Since my parents both left the old house where I grew up,

这里就没有我的家了，

zhè lǐ|jiù|méi yǒu|wǒ de|jiā|le，

There is no longer my home here.

他们早已经离婚，两人分别住在两个地方，

tā men|zǎo yǐ jīng|lí hūn，|liǎng rén|fēn bié|zhù zài|liǎng gè|dì fāng，

They got divorced long ago and live separately in two places.

我想你应该能体会，爸妈在的地方才是家。

wǒ|xiǎng|nǐ|yīng gāi|néng|tǐ huì，|bà mā|zài|de|dì fāng|cái|shì|jiā，
