Baby Mauled to Death by Dog, Owner Arrested

0:00On April 10, a three-month-old baby girl was mulled to death by a bully-breed dog yesterday afternoon around 1.30 p.m. on heart-ale-drive-in. Red car, North Yorkshire, a 45-year-old man got arrested on suspicion of owning a dog dangerously out of control that caused the fatal injury. He's out on conditional bail while cops dig deeper. Two dogs were in the mix at the property, though it's not clear which one did the deadly damage. He seized one bully-type dog and put it down, then shot a gray and white one of similar breed about two hours later. Both got checked by experts and ruled not illegal breeds. A 31-year-old woman also got bit on the arm and needed hospital care. Locals say the baby was just visiting, looked after by a friend on the street, neighbors heard screams and saw dogs running loose, one even went after someone who jumped in her car to escape.
