On Wednesday, an Australian Defense Force helicopter on routine patrol came face-to-face with a People's Liberation Army Navy helicopter. The Chinese aircraft matched the Australian one's altitude, sped up, closed into close, and rolled toward it, forcing the Aussie crew to take. Invasive action, Australian officials called the move unsafe and unprofessional, saying it put their aircraft in personnel at risk. No injuries were reported from the incident. This patrol was part of an international effort to enforce United Nations Security Council sanctions against North Korea. It's the latest in a string of tense military run-ins with China.
