Weary travelers landed at Sydney Airport after being trapped amid the conflict. Many had been waiting weeks for flights out of the region. Meanwhile, Indigenous Affairs Minister Malarn Diri McCarthy announced a new parliamentary inquiry. It will look into racism, hate, and violence against First Nations people.
