Astrology for the Soul September 13, 2023

Forgiving is part of the process,

Of healing when I have been hurt.

But helping others to own their part,

Is one thing that has to come first.

Welcome to the New Moon in Virgo, the sign of healing, discrimination, analyzation, and “reality.” Mercury stationing direct in Virgo (conjunct the Moon today) and Mars in Libra says it’s time for some direct, intentional dialog with our partners, loved ones, feared ones, lost ones, and any other ones that have impacted our development sometime along the way.  

This may not be so easy with the Sun opposite Neptune (the planet of illusions and escapism, among other things), Mars inconjunct Jupiter (accepting that a project, goal, or association is done), and Venus square Jupiter (wanting more love than possible to get at this time). You can see how life is always teaching us in different ways how to balance assertion with listening and giving with receiving. With Virgo, it’s one opportunity after another to walk our talk. We’d be lost without her. So step up and step out!
