ASML Export Restriction -- How Did China Still Produce 7nm Chip?

ASML Holdings has numerous export restriction to china with its EUV Lithography machines and most recently to its advanced DUV machines. Yet with all the restriction Huawei announced a phone with a 7nm chip using SMIC manufacturing.
