Asha's Restaurant Launches Food Trucks

0:00On April 20th, Asha's restaurant, the Birmingham spot famous for Indian cuisine, just launched three shiny air-stream food trucks through their events, arm, and their already slammed with booking straight through 2026. These trucks, put together by director Numan Faroukui, bring that signature street food vibe to festivals, weddings, and corporate gigs anywhere they, roll up, expanding beyond the city limits. Race goers at the Cheltenham festival back in March got a taste first, and now they're locked in for hits like Ibiza Classics at Ragley Hall. Chatsworth House, Digbeth Dining Club, Edge Basin Cricket Matches, and more. The original Asha's earned big props last year, landing in the world's top five restaurants with an Anaperno Award from India's government, plus A. Top 10 spot in the UK Indian Good Food Guide.
