I do another our Sunnios high perform podcast. I'm your host as always and you're going to be divided into another little concept. So again, at the end of oh my god, what was a week long vacation, but this was not a vacation. This was us getting everything handled before this book of my life finishes. And then the next book begins with three people. How incredible so getting the new cars yesterday, getting everything set up today again, having the people come over, getting that energy, the energy and the neighborhood and the congratulations and and everyone just being excited for us. I'm just like, oh, this is what I'm talking about. The energy. That's reset. That is it. And now the past and the previous book, we're on the final chapter. And this final chapter between now and October 11th, oh man, I'm going to, I'm going to rock it out with my socks off. I'm going to make sure that this has the best possible
ending ever. And then with the blank pages of the next book and the band, it all begins. The new book with three people, three characters. How incredible is that? This is what I've been talking about all along people. You have the ability to rewrite the script. I know you guys, that's very cliche. And you probably have heard it before in American, but this is exactly what I'm talking about. And I talk about real world real world experiences, not because I want to talk about my life and it's all about my life. No, I want to tell you about how you can evolve into the concepts. And that's what we're doing here today. The courage to ask yourself the tough questions. And so I always like introducing like new things and you know, I looked up on chat GBT, what Mira Butler had told me about six years ago in terms of the different state, you know, the phases of consciousness and stuff like that. You guys know, I did the podcast and it actually
hit hugely. So again, level 20 is like shame. I'm bad. I'm hiding myself. You know, if you're at a 30 and consciousness level, it's guilt, blame regret, self punishment. 50 is apathy, which means, you know, helplessness. Why even bother? That's kind of where one of my close friends out here in Thailand's at right now. 75 is grief. You know, lost sat this morning when you're going through tough stages in terms of losing someone fear, anxiety, insecurity, threat, focus, right? That's a hundred. Desire is 125, craving, chasing and attachment. Desire is kind of like a lot of YouTubers out there, kind of like the fake until you make it kind of like the guys who have been disrespected all their motherfucking lives. And then they end up just being completely misogistic and posting all these absolutely ridiculous. That kind of falls between 75 and 125. But you guys know what I'm talking about. Desire is kind of the majority of the fake ass YouTubers out there in America. Then you have anger, resentment, outrage, but it can also create action. Not a good way, not a
not a good way. I guess it could be in a good way. But you never know that desire and anger kind of fit within another, you know, one another. And then you have pride. That's ego, that status, that's defensiveness. Pride is kind of like a lot of the in Thailand, we have a saying is called Godet. Godet is kind of like you showing off you one of that status and then you defended that status. Right. But deep down inside, you're not rich. See, the richest people out here in Thailand, man, they could walk in with some flip flops that are about 200, but like the $6 and a shirt and some shorts and then next you know, they get into a Porsche. You see what I'm talking about? See, pride. That's 175. That's a coverage. Right. That's the I can handle this. Nutrality is the 250. That means you be inflexible. Less need to control outcomes. You say it to yourself. You know what personal agency, which is a many of podcasts I've already done. And then you have
willingness. 310. I think I was at between 305 and 320 back in 20, you know, what is in 2020? And yes, you can fluctuate. There was somebody that Mira had told me he was at like a 450. And the next you know, he ended up being very judgey. And then she did the crystal test again with him. And he dropped to like a 130 140. So yes, this is up and down. And it's not about maintaining it. It's about understanding where you are and seeing if you're set of fits with those definitions, right? So the willingness is the openness to learning the discipline effort. A lot of you right now, you listen to my podcast. You have that willingness. There is an excellent chance you might dip down until that 75 that supports. You know what I mean? And yes, everyone does. But at the same time, it's all about, okay, personal agency, what can I do? Who needs me at my best? What can I do? What's the next right action of integrity? Acceptance 350. That's ownership. That's realism. This is mine to
work with. And that 400 500 540 600. That's reason. That's love. That's joy. That's peace. Like when you get to that upper 400, I remember me earlier telling me, I think she was at 550, right? Joy, deep gratitude, serenity, unconditional. What? You kind of don't know about you guys. And again, I'm going to get back into the podcast and ask you yourself the tough questions and whatnot. But have you ever been around people where you just felt like absolute, man, maybe it's just me am I intuition? The first time I was around someone like this was when I joined Herva Life back in 2013. Haven't done it like since what 2017 so sad. But when I met this lady, like I just felt this aura around her. And it wasn't fake whatsoever. She would just smile and just give so much grace. I honestly think she was at 500 and there aren't that many people in
the world that are at 500 monks, not fake monks in Thailand. Okay. Not the fake monks in Thailand. Okay. We got some crazy ones out here. But have you ever been around someone who just just resonated with that aura? And you're like, holy shit. I need to be around you. Or you just, or you're just amazed in awe of this person's energy and how grateful and how they never just like they never, they're never predisposed to the negative language. That's what the love and the joy is. So if I were you, if I'm around a bunch of 25, 50 and 75s, you need to get around 200 to 300. And again, I don't know. Maybe you just have to switch up your friendship circle. You have to switch it up at some point because then that 600 that piece and then enlightenment, I think there are only several people in the world that are like 700 and above. Very difficult to understand that like some of this vocabulary, I'm like, holy shit. Okay. What's going on here? You know, understand and
logic, competence. This could be a lot of scientists. I guess you could say. But at the same time, just telling you guys all that because in order for you to, and it's not about levels and whatnot, it's more about you going day by day, week by week, month by month, year by year with that same great energy and the same great people around you, the same environment. And no, it's not, listen, even with me, just like even before this break, I guess this break came at the most unbelievable, perfectly, perfect time ever because it's more like a just light, a divine light. It's more like we, you know, walking with my wife in the wheelchair yesterday and even today and you know, and me just bringing that just that energy, that good energy took people and directly. And then a girl for the first time, you know, she said hello to my wife and all this stuff and then my wife is pregnant with eight and a half buds. And then, you know, everyone's just asking, oh my
God, congratulations, congratulations, in all different areas. This never happened before. I feel like my son has changed my own energy. But at the same time, you have to ask yourself the tough questions. How did I even get into this before? And someone asked me recently, they said, why aren't people or why aren't more people and to personal development in high performance? What stops people from pursuing personal growth from getting out of the 25, 15, 75 range? What keeps someone from questioning their habits? And we're going to be doing a new course coming up real soon. It's going to be called breaking bad habits. No, okay. But what keeps people from improving their life and becoming a better version of themselves? And to be honest with you, I believe one of the biggest answers is that 200, right? I think it's 200 courage. A lot of people do not have the courage.
And it's like having the courage to face the tough questions of life. That's what we're here for today. Real self-awareness requires courage. And so right now, especially in personal development, or like five years ago, or especially between 2018 and 2021, and we hear about meditation, mindfulness, positivity, gratitude, positivity and gratitude. That was like, we, you know, look, it's 2018. The movie The Secret, I'm stemming from 2006 all the way upward and then everyone started making a name for themselves, started caching in by, you know, joining that entire trend, which was unbelievable between 2015 and 2019. And then we, COVID came. Everyone just did whatever they did. And I guess all those people just gripped it and now they're into the toxic stuff, as you can see in the world of Americans. But nonetheless, those things, like I told you, or just said, meditation, mindfulness, they could be valuable. But real self-awareness requires
something deeper. It requires remarkable courage to question your own life. It means just being willing to just sit with yourself and just ask yourself, are you really showing up to your full potential every day? Are you taking accountability for your finances? How have you treated your spouse, your partner, your friends, your mother, your father, your son, your daughter, the people who you're around? Any human being? Any intelligible human being? Not intelligible. I mean, you can't really deal with it. It depends. But I'm talking about those people that you're always around. What has, what have your relationships with your children and people that I've just mentioned? How are they? Is what you're doing right now with your life actually the right path for you? Are you providing the best service you're capable of providing? Are you really leading well? Are you being honest with yourself? See, sometimes when it comes to the best service, there were some times that I did slack
off and I didn't get proper sleep or this or that. And I'm just like, okay, listen, I'm going to go into this class. I'm going to have them speak as much as possible. I'm done with this. You know, it happens, right? I'm just like, okay, I'm not in the mood. And it's because, especially with this job right now, like I already told you guys, it's very difficult for me to take time off. It really is super difficult to take time off. And so what ultimately happens is when I go into these classes and I keep going in, I get like 30 to 35 hours and I'm like, listen, I can't even take one day off. No, you have to do it one month in advance or this or that. And I'm like, guys, you guys are doing the absolute fuck almost. I cannot continue doing this and over and over and over. So when they put these weeks off, you know, and whatnot at specific times, I'm like, I'm going to take advantage of this. I'm going to turn off my email and go from there. So I can get a huge reset. That's why I have another one week. Thank God. Bringing the most unbelievable human being into my life, okay, if I said, that's going to help too before we have that two week breaking
December. And I think it works perfectly. And at the same time, that's when I get to ask myself those real self awareness types of questions. And these aren't comfortable. They're not comfortable, whatsoever. But I believe the people willing to consistently ask themselves these questions, like I do all the time are called strivers. And so a striver, someone who makes self-improvement a way of life, committed to improving is not about you looking at yourself as inadequate. You see all these bullshit YouTubers with hundreds of thousands, maybe even a million plays. Oh my god, I wanted to personal growth. And it was the most miserable experience because I always felt like I was an adequate like that's literally a mindset. It's a length. Remember, I gave you guys a whole course just last August. And when it comes to mindset, you can either have this specific mindset in terms of you and what you view yourself as, like you not cleaning off the lens of your shades
or your glasses. And then ultimately looking at the world in a very dirty or at a very dirty perspective, kind of like American politics right now, everyone is cashing into it. And they know, I don't know if they really want to get into that every single time because listen, it's going to be a losing life no matter what. But guess what? Everyone's cashing in on it. It's all about the fear porn and everything that is happening. See, that's a lens. So it's not about you being inadequate. It's about, okay, the questions that I just asked you at the very beginning of this podcast are you living your life to your potential? You can even ask yourself questions about success. Oh, was my success, was it luck, was it discipline, was it preparation, or was it a combination of all three? I don't know. That takes courage. No matter what, these questions and everything I'm telling you right now, it takes courage. And the January 1st problem that always happens, especially I'm only speaking of American culture and what I see the lens of
in American culture, right? And so when I am looking through the lens of a specific individual, I tell myself, okay, this is not me. Okay, this is what I am seeing. This is me, okay, and being empathized going into their shoes and seeing the myopic point of view that they have. See, that's a lens. I don't inherit the lens, but that is something that I like. I love to get perspective and love to see the lives of other people. Hell, I think there was just something that happened with the vice president of the United States and the guy protested at all that, those who cares. But he was waving the Mexican flag and then this guy, the vice president said, if you love Mexico so much, take your ass back there. I'll get you a plane ticket and all these people are, and I'm looking and I go back into that mindset and I go back into the conscious scale and I say, how the fucking people live a life like that. And if you love it so much, go back to your cup. I just,
I empathize and I'm just like, I always, I'm always grateful and I ask myself, I tell myself that I'm glad that I'm not them. What a horrible way to live life by having that insane that does that make sense? So going back to it, the January 1st problem. A lot of people do this once a year, okay, December 31st arrives. New Year, new me, okay, all the, you know, again, they were seeing this way before this generation. Okay, probably between 2004 upwards to about 2015, they were saying this over and over and over, right? Everyone starts asking those questions. January 1st, what do I want to do this year? Who do I want to become this year? Well, that's my vision of the future. They create the goals. They imagine a bigger future. They promise themselves they're going to change and then a week later it's all gone. The vision disappears because the process of questioning themselves wasn't turned into a habit, which we're going to be discussing in a couple more podcasts from now.
That's the difference. You know what? Journaling is an act of courage. Think about people who have consistently journal. They're willing to sit down and examine themselves to score their habits, to examine their moves, to look at their behaviors, their decisions, the reactions, successes, and failures. They're creating a measurement of their lives. And in many ways, they're also creating that measurement of courage that I just said, you know, just mentioned to you guys. The same could be said for studies of personal development or people who read books every month or every week or whenever. They're voluntarily exposing themselves to new ideas such as what you're doing here on my podcast. That might challenge you in a way that you're currently living. You're saying to yourself right now, maybe there's something I don't know yet. Maybe there's somewhere I can improve. Maybe I can become better. See that takes courage. And the greatest battles ultimately are internal.
Right? It's never outside of us. And if I look at myself and you say, okay, or sitting back in 2015, all those racist things happen to you, oh, that was external. No, no, no. I chose to see myself through a lens that I got from a racist. So from 2015 and all the racist jobs and language expressed that's now shut down and that Korean lady that was like, oh, no, I'm going to pay you less because you're not white, you're black. All of those things I ultimately put into those sunglasses and I saw life through them. And I started like, like, chipping away at it, but in 2020, thank goodness for COVID. And a very indifferent way in terms of like, okay, I was able to look at myself and I developed a relationship with the coach that I was able to go through things and transformation program, white coach, and program, all those different things. And I was able to get rid of that just before I met my now wife, then friend September 11th in 2020. Crazy, huh? How everything changes. That
was just a day ago. It was our anniversary in terms of meeting people. And I met her at a Taco God ambale. Crazy, huh? And so I tell you that because many things happen to us within the mental landscape. And that's where the true warriors are. It's me who I'm willing to confront things of my past, the pain and the abandonment of my family, my siblings, of my father, all the things I get into the greasy and grimy details of my life, which I'm so grateful for. Because if it wasn't for any of that happening, this last week, which has been the most incredible week of my life and next month, in which I go into the golden book, it would have never happened. And so yes, I'm grateful for all those little pastimes in terms of all the comments in which people had tried to put that and did it upon my consciousness. And I carried it with me
for years until I say, you know what? I am not what they think I am. I am who I think I am. I think that was Jason Silver that said that what like about 10 years ago, the guy from Shots of all the YouTube channel. And so most, again, a lot of people just say, oh, I didn't do this well. Most people eventually face some kind of like like like reality about themselves, right? Failed. Didn't prepare hurt someone, wasted money. Didn't show up as a leader. A spouse, a parent, a friend, entrepreneur, a teacher. Human being that they wanted to be. And that becomes that dangerous part because going back to that number 50, the anger, they become angry. They become discouraged. And then they fall into that trap. And when they use that discouragement as a reason to stop, that's when you fall into the ultimate trap. But what if you used it differently, right? So what is this trying to teach me? Shit happens, right? And I'm going to
hurry up and grab a package down, say, is I'm going to hurry up and pause this real quick, but I'm going to be right back. Okay, here we go. You guys didn't even know that I'm back, but you know, it took me about 20 minutes, but not unless if you want to look back on your past and you want to ask yourself this question, fantastic. That's totally fine because then that might give you closure. I love connecting the dots, but at the same time, just what is this trying to teach me? It's kind of like when I got that, when I was on call with that guy or just even in the classroom, and we were like best buddies at the time, I think end of April, early May, he said that comment, and it just changed everything. I sent the email, the next you know, we got together, he just went through all what was very important. And then he just went back to the same thing, he's like, oh, because it's in writing, we have to have evidence. I'm like, I'm not a fucking cop. And so again, the whole emission of guilt I did when the whole thing you're what not with this, you know, this little kid and stuff who I ended up teaching for like literally two months to just
recently and whatnot. And he was totally fine. No more like stupid-ass comments, but I just had to ask myself, what does this teach me? Well, Arsene, you kind of looked at what was then just a teacher, and then ultimately became the head teacher. So maybe you just had too much expectations, especially with the people who you were working with at the time, you know, me being at that Mexican restaurant, saying, oh my god, I got the best colleagues in the world. And next you know, I'm like, oh, two or fucking dickheads. Oh wow, this is, here we go. You know, it's just, it teaches me that I must always keep work work. You guys heard that in the previous podcast, but also the resilience, the bouncing back, and just understanding me as an individual and knowing what I bring to the table. Just literally, simply philosophically, and just psychologically, you put all the leaves, you put all the adverbs out there. I'm the goat, I'm the man. I know what I bring to the table. No, I'm not comparing myself to other. I'm not saying that I'm the goat of this, the goat of
that. Again, I do believe I'm the goat of total N I else. Yes, because I got lots of results. Okay. But at the same time, I'm just saying to myself, you know what? Use the frustration, which I went through at the beginning of May, use the disappointment of your lives. Perhaps if you want to close some doors, close the chapter, shut the book, throw the book away, throw it into the ocean, whatever it may be, the mistake, use the awareness, but you need to use them with optimism. The goal isn't to destroy yourself through self criticism. Oh, I wish I could have done this better. Oh, I wish I didn't do this. Oh, is there a recurring pattern? You know, that's what I kind of started doing. Like over the last two weeks, I'm like, you know what? Oh, my God, that's so funny. At the very beginning, my job is always very good. Now, Konshi Ta-Nah, the other job that you know, the long stories that I had back in 2017, 2016 with that sorry, the discuss the job I was working for, all these different things, right? But is there a recurring pattern in
terms of the people who I work with? And at my last job that I worked at for literally eight years, no, there wasn't. I mean, there was one guy that didn't like me because I was, you know, I was a little bit loud at the time and I was fun in this and that and he was born as fuck. Maybe he didn't like me, but we ended up becoming really good friends for about a year and a half, you know? And everybody else I was really cool with. Didn't have a problem. So it's not a recurring problem, but the next thing you know, we kind of like to compare ourselves to who we used to be. And then you kind of fall into that trap, right? You're just like, oh, you know what? Oh, man, at the beginning of my job, you know, in March, you never think in March 22nd, March 23rd, going on that nice little Mexican dinner just having so much great energy and this and that and laughing my ass off. Oh my God, I got the best colleagues in the world. And I'm like, oh, shit, one is literally a boss now. I do not say anything outside of anything with that month with him and the other two who I thought were cool non-NATIVEING those speakers. I'm like, oh,
okay, I don't know what happened. I do know what happened to you, but to the other guy for two weeks, I mean, you know, the last two weeks. Okay, going forward with the new book happening, you guys won't be in the new book. I will not intentionally avoid you at all cost, but I will just say to myself, you know what? No, I'm not going to go into the teachers room. I'm not going to go into the teachers room on weekends. I'm going to have probably water waiting for me in my now new car. I know I just had to rub it in, but you know, just I can even go to my car and turn it on and put that air on full blast and relax in there for X amount of time because it's literally EV. I don't have to go into my job that I used to, you know, at 4 pm, 5 pm, I can go there at 6.30 pm and get set up. But be careful. The other ones that I am avoiding will be there at that same time too. So it's probably best to get there at about an hour before.
You know what I mean? Like, you guys don't need to know shit about me. At the same time, I know that there is going to be someone that asks me about my family, my life, and everything. And that's cool, you know? But at the same time, like going forward October 11th plus, yeah, how are things? You see my eyes, right? You see the bags? Shut the fuck up. That's how I'm getting it. Okay, come on. Let's get back to get actionable steps. Let's hurry up and get that. And again, I'm trying to make this going back to it. Don't criticize yourself. Don't beat yourself up. That's why I did the whole consciousness thing at the very beginning, right? Because, oh my god. Oh my god. The self criticism. I'm fat. I'm this. I'm that. It's a lens. It's dynamic. It's a mindset. Bindsets are dynamic. You could literally have a new mindset tomorrow. You're listening to me right now at whatever time you're listening to me at whatever point in history.
Okay, if somebody's listening to me and 2100, 2200, love you guys so much. Thank you very much. But I'm saying it's dynamic. So what I need you to do is to understand that with it being dynamic, you can make a choice. And the choice you make, it's a choice that everyone makes. And that's why we're going to be talking about breaking bad habits coming up next week. Because there are a lot of habits that I need to break. And there's a lot of things that I need to understand about myself and everything. And so you need to ask those difficult questions in order to get an answer. Now, if you're religious, that answer may be through God. If you're all based on energy, okay, that answer may be through the universe. Okay, but at the same time ownership comes at some point. No, and again, I know there are a lot of people out there. And again, what was I think Gary V said back in 2018, the bottom 100,000 people in the world are probably like sex slaves.
They're probably in cages. They might be killed soon because they're being colonized. This is a genocide happening. I'm talking about for the people who are listening to me right now, you have freedom of choice and you made a choice to listen to me today. So my question to you is why are you listening to me? Is it because my energy? Is it because my charisma? Is it because the courage that I have? Is it because my stories? Is it because the storytelling? Is it because I don't even know if I have storytelling? Is it because my life? Is it there are so many different dynamics in terms of why you listen to me? No, I don't want you to write that in your journal, but at the same time, if you have a habit of listening to me, shout out to Bortman Organs, shout out to Ashburn Virginia, Ashburn Virginia, nine years, Caled, Bortman, Oregon, I think 70 years, 2019, right? 2019 Caled, come on. The same folks in the same city for literally seven to nine years, listen to me.
Okay, and guess what for them or them or maybe one or two, whatever it may be, maybe one person at Ashburn, love you. One person at Bortman, love you. They've been listening to me. And guess what? I always spoke about my life back in 2017, 2018, 2019. It used to be a lot more theory because I used to go through Napoleon Hill's lessons and Del Carnegie's lessons and, you know, Lisa Nichols and Jack Canfield and all these different things. But now I'm more of a high performer and I became a high performer in September of 2020 when I finally went back to work and I met my then wife. And I'm you know, on the train. I'm like, man, let me listen to you. What is it? Brennan Bistard's high performance habits book, the audio free YouTube. Literally just look it up. Um, I knew that I wanted to hurry up and just, I want to action motivation. Again, 2021, I still listen to Eric Thomas. I love him like I did my next breath 2017 to 2021. Eric Thomas was so
instrumental, especially during COVID when I was climbing 30 stairs in my condominium. Up, down, up, down. There was one time. I think there were two times that I went up, down, down, up, down 90 floors, up, 90 floors down. Knees were fucked. And it's because I had that like, all of that negativity and all of that racism and everything that you see online and stuff like that again, 2020 was amazing. Now it's just fucking everywhere. Depending on what language you listen or watch or see things, right? But he was instrumental in terms of motivation, especially during 2020 because everybody was trapped, especially out here in Bangkok or out there in Bangkok, in their condos and their homes. So I listened to him. But then I became a high performer and that's where I am right now. And so let me give you these actionable steps. I want you guys to hurt me. Let me hurt me. Let me hurt me. Some arise. If you're still listening,
man, you guys goaps. Okay, goat. Greatest of all time. I'm not talking about an actual goat. Right? Nobody wants to be a goat. Nobody wants to smell like a goat. You might want to see like a goat, but you might see some shit that you don't want to see. But nonetheless, ask yourself five courage questions or courageous questions. 10 minutes a day. Just for one week. Just give me one week. Give it one week. Where? And I'm going to say this from your perspective. Where am I currently not showing up to my potential? What area of my life have I been avoiding? Taken responsibility for us. Responsibilities coming up in the next podcast before we get into break and habits. Number three, what relationship diverge? Oh my god. Does something thinking about divergence deserves more effort from me? Oh, my god. I mean,
right now pregnant five, eight and a half months. She, not even eight and a half, eight and three quarters. Oh my god. What habit or behavior do I know needs to change? That's a beautiful one for me. What truth about my life? Have I been reluctant to admit? Don't judge your answers. Use everything as information right now. Number two, create a weekly courage score at the end of every week. Score yourself not even at the end of every month. Fuck all that. Health, relationships, finances, whatever I just said, or if you want to add on the other five or whichever others, just do it if you feel like you really need to. You need to ask yourself though, why did you give yourself that score? See, that's the tough question. You have to develop the courage. Why did I go to the club and shake my ass and spent 500 USD? I don't know who
lists the bomb chaos. I'm just saying. What would move it one point higher next week? Oh, that's beautiful. Man, I'm looking at those two questions and I'm like, oh, fuck yes. Health, amazing. For me, I'm just going to give you one words. Health, amazing. Relationships, better. Okay, I could journal that. Finances, great. Career, business, effort, meaning needing effort, personal growth, because one week off, okay, I'm not trying to justify it, I get it. Okay, but just say, coming soon, no, shit, soon. One words, just for you guys, just to make sure that I stay on track. Number three, stop waiting for January 1st.
Right now, I don't know, man, I have so many people in like in the southern part, like Arkansas, Alabama and Georgia, listening to me. I don't know all of you guys, because probably listen to me for like 10 seconds. Who knows? I don't know what the average duration, nor do I can, nor do I want to look it up. I know from evidence that I got seven to nine years in Nashville, Virginia, in Bormin, Oregon. And not only that, with tofu, ban, Japan, came up, and they are still here, but Taiwan is creeping back. Kind of crazy. Now I'm telling you, fuck tofu. Thank God that happened. Okay. Number four, or you don't know, okay, January 1st, nah, fuck that. I mean, I could do right now. Okay, all right, all right. I'm going to help you guys. Don't wait till January 1st. How about right now? What's one area you would like to improve over the next 30 days and define one measurable behavior that proves you're moving forward.
There we go. No January 1st, fuck all that. Right now, 30 days. What are you listening to this? Is it 2078? Is it tomorrow's September 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, October, November, December, January. Oh my god, perfect. January 1st, you came across the craziest bodigua on the planet for my Latinos. Okay, bodigua means Puerto Rican. And let's keep it going. Number four, turn discouragement into data. The next time you disappoint it in yourself, especially for those people in the consciousness level of below 100. Just ask yourself, what happened? What was within my control? That's big. What did it teach you? And what will you do differently next time? So just turn that emotion into information. It's kind of like my wife. She used to go from emotion. No, she used to go from, nah, yeah, emotion to information. I mean,
but okay, so let's put it this way. How much did he kick today? Not much. That's not evidence. What does not much mean? Well, he's been quiet compared to other days. What does quiet mean? What are his quiet periods? I started turning everything. She came downstairs and just crying one day. Not crying, but just just emotionally. She said, here's a kick at 7.45 AM. And I'm like, okay, when does he normally kick? Did you write everything down? Do you do this? That? I said, you know what? I got you over the next week. I got you. Next, you know, that was his most prolific day. That man was rolling. But the man, that boy right downstairs, right now, just rolling and pulling. He's big as hell already too. So he can't move too much because he's already like eight and a half, like getting ready to be eight and three quarters. But,
you know, he's just pulling and just like punching and moving and just like pushing his hands out or his knee or his foot. And I'm just like, God, I got a what kind of boy. See what I mean? Turning evidence into information. Now, you are probably going to turn emotion into information, maybe emotion into information. And then evidence, that could be your thing. And then, of course, number five, the last one, create your wisdom fire. Right down one thing you're currently frustrated with right now. If you listen to me, and again, I got, I got people who are probably listening to me right now. Right down one thing that you're frustrated with, angry with. You're in the bottom 100. That's cool. Shit, we always go there. We go there all the time. There's no way. Man, you already know me. I'm because the people are all the goddamn past. All right, it down. What wisdom can you take from it? Then identify one action you will take within the next 24 hours.
If it's night time and you're listening to me, you're on the train, you finish work and you're just like, man, fuck my boss. But this fuck that. If you really believe that your job is taken away all your energy and you enter depression mode, one action apply for five new jobs for the next seven days. Period. That's what I did. Once my boss in my previous job, the front desk staff her name was bail. She came in and she was like, oh, Napa, Napa, Napa, Napa, Napa, Napa, Napa, work permit. And I said, oh, what? And apparently he told her to tell me that he, if I keep canceling classes on Saturday and Sunday, you know, because I had another job that was paying a fuck, fuck time more. That he was going to cancel my work permit. I said, done job, done interview, done money, money, money. What is it from December last year to January this year? That was
a massive money month and I am now working at the place that I wanted to work at nine years ago. But thank God I got denied at that time because that person no longer works for the organization for, I guess, obvious reasons. What wisdom can you take from it? What one action can you do? See, personal, personal development isn't about pretending everything's perfect. That's it right there. For all the stupid ass YouTubers out there, garbage ass YouTubers who just say, oh, this, all that. Oh my god. I'm off this. I'm off that. Oh my god. Best choice I ever made. Fantastic, bot. It's all about having the courage to look directly at your life and tell yourself the truth. Learn from what you see and you move forward. That's the striving mentality, not growth mindset. Fuck all that. Strivers mentality. Face it. Learn from it. Turn it into wisdom. Then move.
I'm your host is always seeing the next podcast over in now.
