What's going on? Welcome back to another episode of the wonderful DR Cineo's high performance podcast on your host as always. And if you guys are listening to me on the prospective podcast, thank you so much because again, the, well, man, the plays are going up on both of the podcasts. So none the less man. It is Friday. I hope you guys finish off your Friday finishes. Remember, always make sure you go into the weekend on a clean slate. Because tomorrow's my last day at this job. Sunday is the workshop and then go into a Mexican dinner and then I officially start next Tuesday. So yeah, here we go. Lots of craziness is going to be happening over the next several weeks and stuff. But nonetheless, I hope this day greets you guys. Well, I hope you guys had a fantastic week out there. And you know what? Sometimes we get sidetracked. And that's what I'm here for. And that's what I'm here to talk about today is about the meaningful ladder. Okay?

So here we go. Hustle culture. We've all said, listen, what we really want to sense is satisfaction, fulfillment and meat, right? But what does today's culture? No, not so much today. I believe like that whole hustle culture is gone. That was about nine, eight nine years ago in terms of strive and push and work harder and delay gratification. I know you guys know, probably a lot of your favorite actors and actresses, you know, I don't really follow anyone. But it's funny because once they get to the top, they're like, okay, this is it. This is what it is. It's because they have delayed gratification throughout that time. You're taught to not be satisfied because if you are, you'll be soft, especially in African American culture and the vernacular. And again, stay hungry. Never be satisfied. People become complacency. That's a myth. And it's been repeated by those high profile hustle voices for the years, you know, the idea that satisfaction equals weakness. But that belief you already know is completely fuck all wrong because the myth is that satisfaction

equals complacency, right? So we've been taught to say to ourselves, you know what, if you are complacent, you're going to lose your edge, you're going to get lazy, you're going to stop growing, you're going to fall behind, but here's the truth. Satisfaction is not that gratitude is not weakness. Homeless is not stagnation. The most profound realization is this. You can be deeply satisfied with your life and still want more and you can feel whole and still grow. See, what if you fell overjoyed and grateful and shocked by the blessings in your life, such as what has happened to be over the last three months, probably since what I think December 12th and especially that Christmas day was when absolutely everything had changed for three months running and everything falling into place. You know, if I look at that and I know how deeply fulfilled I am right now, because our baby is eight weeks and four days old right now developing like crazy, making my life sicker than ever. And with all the great job stuff and the acquisitions happening, the land off

in the dumping of the Sarrias pair of sites that were in my life last year. See, what if you're still ambitious? What if I'm still ambitious to want more in those categories? It's an exchange that we believe we must earn wholeness someday in the future. When I get that car, you know, the, you know, the culture, I guess the insecure teenage boy culture of America is, I want this type of car, that type of car, this, that. I'm like, listen, I am not into materialistic things. What so fucking never. Not at all. My, my biggest things and of course the categories and you guys always know about this is one of the main things in terms of chia. And what chia is is it's kind of like the god, the goddess of earth, right? Titan is more like a power guy too, right? And so me, I want to be in harmony with nature at all times, right? And when I am, I am whole no matter what, I was just driving the motorbike just up the street saw a massive Asian open bill bird.

These birds are probably like, I don't know, I still do inches, but let me just say a half a meter big. And then it's this literally a flock just about everywhere. And this is what I love about because that wholeness, I live it every single day. Me doing a podcast as wholeness, I live every single day. I am satisfied with what I have done with my podcast, my voice and everything else in my life. See, but a lot of you have been taught that one day, I will feel complete one day, I will feel satisfied one day, I will feel fulfilled. But what if that day never comes? So many people had those great kids. So many people had great jobs. They cared about people. They live respectable lives and still never felt satisfied. Why? Because they keep postponing it. See, that's the hustler strap, the hardworking hustlers. And again, if you look at like, specifically, especially American culture right now, it's totally different from what it used to be nine years ago. The collaboration era and the people that I met during that collaboration era,

probably between 2015 and 2018 online was absolutely astronomical when Facebook groups were everything. And now it's just AI bot written trash. But looking back at that, a lot of those hard workers who are now like 45 to plus are the ones that complain about millennials right now, you know, the 30, 40, 50 year old, I wouldn't say 30 because you know, me being 30, but again, they used to grind nonstop because they were more into what is it? Oh my God, the factory working. Oh, man, I totally haven't said this in like 10 years, but what is that about? The industrial aged mindset, but we are now of the growth mindset. See, those people back then they hit those milestones, those milestones were primarily materialism. You get the big house, you get the car, you get the wife, you get the care. That's what the dream is, right? I remember I used to hear that bullshit all the time on TV back in the 90s and I'm like,

back at the fuck out of here. That was even any of that mean. So I started questioning things when I was really young and it's crazy because even if they got all that, even when they got all that, they never felt satisfied. They delayed it. And those same people, I feel good when I get the promotion, I feel good when I make more money, I feel good when I build a bigger team, I feel good when I get the award and better partner in a bigger house and all these different things, right? But what happens? See, that meaning ladder becomes an infinite dissatisfaction ladder. How about that? You climb, think climb, think climb again. And happiness stays one run, a hit, no matter what. So when do you get to feel whole the next decade after the next achievement? People are like, oh, I want one million followers. I want this. I want this. It's always an external thing. And then once when they get there, because you know, they're like, well, this is it. This is how I was filled. Yeah, because you delayed the gratification rather than looking at those small

little milestones and the impact that you had on people's lives. And again, a lot of people use social media in a completely destructive way now. Okay. This is the, the era of patheticness in terms of American culture and whatnot. And again, I remember I'm in Thailand, but looking a lot at Americans, the rage bait, rage bait culture out here in Thailand, too. It is ridiculous. People going in those red light districts, Thai women, specifically, and saying horrible things to foreigners, specifically Arabs and Indians, like they got no cool. And then guess what? It racks up and they get, they get a lot of likes to get a lot of traffic and they get a lot of money. This is what people have created. But that's based on them. Other people are doing much better. See chaos and wholeness can co-exist. Okay, you could feel harmony amid that chaos, as I always do. That light amid the darkness in terms of like two years ago, three years ago, completeness amid imperfection because perfection doesn't

really exist. All of us are imperfect. You don't have to be flawless to feel fulfilled. If that shift doesn't happen in your heart, then the achievements, protocols, fancy business cards, accolades, you won't even enjoy them. And so you need to learn how to serve from a full cut. Why does this matter? Because you serve greatly from this specific cup because again, if you're spiritually, again, if you guys just spiritual and stuff like that, deplete it. If you never allow yourself meaning, if you're constantly telling yourself that you're not enough, you can't show up fully. Look at the greatest warriors. Okay. And again, I'm not into all that bullshit. When you kill you kill, I don't give a damn about all that. But if you look at that, how sensationalized in the bullshit of American, you know, like a not-sparta kiss, but oh my god, what's that movie with that guy Clive O? No, not Clive O? I don't know. What are the famous battle movies from like the early 2000s? Totally forgot about it. But again, made with the full

of heart, best parents, full of love, kids. And again, I'm going to go back and speak about it from a family perspective. Kids don't have to earn love. Have you ever heard that, especially in African American culture? You have to earn respect. Listen, respect can literally be you holding the door open for a stranger. Earn respect. It's not given to anybody. No, you create it. Some of these people, and again, those those American football players, they would just try to rob, rob, rob, their shoes up and say, God damn it, give respect to them and all this blah, blah, blah, bullshit. See, parents should already be satisfied with their children. They are already satisfied with their children. That doesn't mean they stop guiding them, although I know a lot of cultures that do. They love from that wholeness. There was a day you probably dreamed of having what you have right now, right? Don't march through life without feeling the joy of it. So what can you do to ladder up? I guess the right way. Think about every stage. Did you allow yourself to feel satisfaction

over the past, let's just say week, fulfillment, meaning wholeness? Or did you postpone it? Am I postponing everything right now for the baby child? No. Am I postponing everything right now for October now? Did I? You know, there's so many different things in which I know I can bring joy, especially in my home, based on decorations and stuff, and I can create that right now. I'm not going to postpone it and say, like a lot of people, especially on Instagram, right? And I used to follow them. And a lot of people, they look forward to fall. The orange leaves falling. Absolutely the greatest time ever. Absolutely. The Christmas, the Thanksgiving, the Halloween, apps, but man, listen, from August onward, you bet your ass, but am I delaying my life right now to wait for that timeframe? Well, I did back in, what is it, 2024? I felt like everything was just empty. I felt like I was so sad after I took down the tree and I'm just like, oh, man,

I can't wait for the fall season. Absolutely not. See, if you don't feel it at each rung, when do you finally feel until what, like that fall season, such as me, maybe this year or next year or after more stack. And if not now, when? Because if not, you enter that infinite suffering loop, many people become indifferent to life because they were never satisfied at any point in their life. If you could look at your wins, again, I still, you know, one of the greatest moments was, what was it? Last June, I was sitting down with my wife in the living room. And again, like that, like that anxiety, like in terms of like, oh, my God, how many, you know, embryos do we have? We don't know this. We don't know that. The next, you know, she got a message that she looked at me and she had the big smile on her face. She's like, she's asking me if I already got the pills to start the process. And I'm like, oh, my God, we got ourselves a baby. It was one, one's better than zero.

You see what I mean? Did I say, oh, shit, we got one baby and it's a boy, no, I wanted a girl. Absolutely not. I want a healthy baby. I don't give a damn boy girl. This that I want a healthy baby. We deserve a healthy baby. And we will do our best to make one. And so it is. And there it went. So here we are right now. That's what I'm trying to tell you in terms of those specific moments. Am I just saying, oh, my God, I can't wait till fall. I can't wait till October, no, no, no, I can't wait till, let's just say someday. Hell, I can't wait till tomorrow. I can't wait till 3 p.m. tomorrow to say, oh, my God, yeah, I no longer work at this job. Wow. And when I come home, I'm going to have to journal, I'm going to have to get some head space, probably some lord of down my head and say, damn, that was a seven year run. Am I going to miss it? Fuck, no. But at the same time, I'm like, whoa, so Sunday is that big one. I'm going to that new place. Wow, I just did training. I just did training with a guy from Cambridge. And he's a teacher out there in Osaka, Japan, from Canada. Whoa, I just did this and that. And I'm like, man,

what a support system I have. Like that excitement is unbelievable. And so again, we could always look forward to those big things in the future, especially. I can say, April 11th, we're going to be staying out on our favorite hotel. Oh, my God, some crowd holiday. Oh, my God, Johnson's going to come over. We might have a barbecue for summer. All these beautiful things that we set up on a consistent basis. Absolutely. But do not delay happiness right now in the moment for something out there in the future. You could create things every single mother fucking day. So what I want you to do, number one, daily satisfaction out. What happened today that you're genuinely grateful for? Where did you show up? Well, what would your past self be proud about? Man, I could look back at 2015, 2016, 2017. As a matter of fact, I picked up the 101 goals, book Jack Canfield that I wrote down back in 2015. And I realized that, oh, my God, I went to Hokkaido, Japan again. It'd be in the second worst trip of my lifetime. But I'm like, damn,

I wrote that down as one of my goals that I wanted to go to Hokkaido, Japan. I didn't even remember, but hey, it happened at the beginning. Regardless of how it went, it still happened. Those little things, what would my past self be proud about? Man, that because you are hitting off everything on that goes list. Separate satisfaction from growth too. Say, say this. I'm satisfied with who I am becoming and I am excited to grow more. Now, these aren't affirmations saying I am love. I am this. I am that that actually changes the bio, you know, the biochemistry of your body and your nervous system apps, so fucking loopy. I think there were studies that were done where they had some people in a, I think it was a psychotic hospital. And they were on the verge of depression and everything. And then they said, okay, we're going to do some studies. So they had these people smile in a mirror for 30 minutes every day, completely changed them after about two months. Crazy shit, huh? Crazy and the crazies. Not anymore. I mean, you could change these little things up, just so whether it's

affirmations, and I'm not telling you to just smile in the fucking mirror. Okay. But I'm telling you that there are studies that you can change how you're feeling and your nervous system right, mother fucking now. That's the beautiful part of it. So I want you to look at one area of your life career marriage, single kids health. What is it? What is it? The learning, the finance, friends, family, mission, spirituality. You look at it, positive knowledge. There was a time that I did this. There was a time during my personal growth that I did this holy guy. You've got to feel it. Don't rump and don't rush past it. Journal it. How about my career? I made some huge decisions this year. The end of, what, right before that baby shower? I'm going to be a licensed transformation coach. How unbelievably incredible is that going to be for not only me, but my entire family and the people who I come in contact with? This is going to mean absolutely everything. Now I want you guys to do this. Serve from fullness before you're

going to be before you help someone or before you communicate. Are you depleted or full before you go into that interaction? Do you need rest? Do you need to reflect? A lot of you just need to reflect. Okay. A lot of you just need to shut off whatever devices you have in this and that and just go straight into reflection mode. That is a beautiful theme because you cannot pour from an empty cup. See, when you reflect, you start filling up that cup. Fill up that coat with a lot of gratitude from what you've overcome of the growth that you have had. You know, I could say right now that, oh my god, so tofu, that's it. Yeah. But at the same time, I remember back in 2022, which I was just so unhappy. I hated teaching tofu. I was like, man, I hate this shit. Didn't make me a ridiculous amount of money in which it did what was it in 2023 and 2024. But at that time, I'm just like, I hate teaching the same shit over and over. Let alone, I hate teaching something where has my students are never going to pass the test because of scammers. You know what I mean? But I could look back now and

say, man, if it wasn't for tofu, I wouldn't have all your ears right here today. If it wasn't for me, even engaged in personal growth back in January 3rd of 2020, what is it? 2016, 2015, December after a botched trip in which I was supposed to go to Singapore with some bitch that I knew from a Tefl certification and stuff like that just saw her a week before in Chiang Mai. Okay, spent the Christmas with her back in 2015 was supposed to be there for New Year's with her and her boyfriend at the time. And she just completely goes to the shit out of me, although I gave her money for that hotel too. I say, you know what? I'm not going to go. Some people are saying, no, just go buy yourself. I'm like, nah, I could have. I could have. But I'm like, nah, I'm going to stay here. Something's calling me. And then that's when I felt something, give me a knowledge like Arsenio. This was probably the number one most racist year of your life, even coming from dog shit America, the United States. This was the single worst year in terms of racism. You got

threatened by bitches who were working for Thai airways. You had the black man low class, then all these things. So I looked back and I said, you know what? Okay. And so I went to that bookstore. Okay. It was when we had physical books. Yes. Tony Robbins at the time. You know, he was still big. Now I don't even follow him. Hell no. But Napoleon Hill's law of success, Paulo Cuello's the alchemist. Those were the first two big books that ended up spearhead in this entire journey. See, that's me reflecting right now. Do you guys reflect at all? And you need to redefine that strength because at that time, I had that strength. See, strength is not endless dissatisfaction. It's being grounded with with that wholeness, with forward movement. I'm talking about the ambition, the discipline, being driven and just being deeply satisfied throughout that process. Don't wait for right now, more money, more titles, more achievements. Make this year and allow yourself fulfillment while climbing. And the final thing

that I'm going to say right here, if you never allow yourself satisfaction, when exactly do you plan on feeling happy? I'm your host as always over and out.
