Arizona Wildcats Dominate Big Twelve Awards

0:00On March 9th, the Big 12 conference just dropped its end-of-year awards for the 2025-26 season and Arizona Wildcat Senior. Point guard Jaden Bradley took home player of the year honors. Coaches voted him the top performer after he led his team to a 29-2 record and the regular season title by two games. Arizona also celebrated Tobay Awaka as the unanimous six-man of the year and hey coach Tommy Lloyd as coach of the year. Bradley joined juniors and freshmen on the first team all Big 12 squad, while others picked up third team, honorable mention, all defensive, and all freshman nods. This March the 11th time an Arizona player has earned, conference player of the year status, the third under Lloyd in five seasons. Awaka became just the third Wildcat ever to win top reserve honors and Lloyd grabbed his second such coaching award. As the number one seed, the Wildcats face UCF, Cincinnati or Utah, Thursday at 12 p.m. Mountain standard time in Kansas City on ESPN or ESPN 2, carrying momentum into the tournament.
