In this week's episode, host Stephanie Powers shares her experiences with both projecting her own past pain onto people, but also how to recognize and protect yourself when other's are doing it to you. As an empath, it's very important that you use your intuition to decipher who is giving you neutral advice versus who is projecting their experience on to you -- don't let this taint your dreams!
