Intima is a fusion of visual art, dance and music that investigates the cultural history of Syria, ranging from the Gilgamesh myth to the current, tragic war. Intima premiered in San Francisco in 2015. It was choreographed by Gregory Dawson and was presented by Tayeb Al-Hafez for Al'Myra Communications (almyracommunications.com).
