I'm Ben Thomas with the NAP News Minute. President Trump's promising rebate checks to people he says the Biden administration over charged for affordable, correct exchange fees. Sakamagani has details. In a video released by the White House, the president gave no evidence while accusing the Biden administration of collecting and keeping user fees from insurance companies that consumers then paid through higher premiums. Nearly 1 million hard work in Americans and 30 states will soon be getting refunds of $500 each. Critics call that a gimmick with ACA insurance costs skyrocketing for many under the second Trump administration. It's unclear where the money will come from and whether it requires congressional approval.
