They're accused of rape and sex trafficking. The Tates have repeatedly denied any wrongdoing. Their lawyer Joseph McBride spoke outside court two weeks ago. This is a high in Seoul mountain that we must climb. I say this with all due respect. It's my understanding that this honorable judge has never granted bail in this situation before.
