He's an assemblyman here in California, a Republican and he's trying to get the world here to understand that there is a child predatory and Gregory Vogel saying, 355 years to life, 355 years to life he got dozens of child molestation charges, five boys and the parole board is letting them go unless they do some stops it. Let's get David Tangipa on David. Thank you. Hey, it's always good to join you and thank you for helping us get the word out to just really expose how crazy Sacramento is. This is nuts. Can you briefly run down the types of crimes he committed? You know, if it didn't make my stomach turn before every single time somebody asked me to do that, I just I think about, you know, what these young boys went through with this monster of a human being. That so essentially he groomed, molested, coerced and took these boys into his home and

5:11kidnapped them and was a predator. You stated it already that he was convicted to serve 355 years. For context, the United States of America is 250 years old and yet this individual was never supposed to see the light of day. The families were promised that they would never step foot free again, but because of a law that Governor Newsom signed that changed the elderly definition and the prison population from 65 to 50 and because of a board that Governor Newsom appointed to the California parole board, this monster of a human being will be set free. And what most people don't realize is that he was already granted parole. The rally we're doing tomorrow is asking them to re-look at their decision. It's the on-block hearing. So he is going to get out unless people show up, unless people write into the California

6:15parole board to keep Gregory Vogel's leg, this evil human being in prison before he reoffends again. This man admitted that he still has urges for children. He has stated that the way that he controls his urges is that he just doesn't think about children anymore because when he thinks about children, it makes him sexually attracted to them. And when he's sexually attracted to them, it makes him want to kidnap them. And if he doesn't kidnap them, then he won't murder them. That is what he said when he was testifying in front of this parole board and they still want to let him out. So that's California. So he admitted, not only does he want to do vile, sexual acts to them, he wants, he has an urge to murder them. He said that he will avoid his urges for targeting these children. The question that was asked was, how do we know that you won't murder these children? He says, well, if I don't masturbate to children, then I won't have sexual urges for them.

7:18So I won't kidnap them. And if I don't kidnap them, I won't have the opportunity to murder them. And we're supposed to trust that he could control all his disgusting thoughts and his violent. Exactly. This is the second one like the day we just had David Allen Funston a couple of weeks ago. And it was it was the same thing. He admitted he was still attracted to little girls. Exactly. David Funxton said that he is still attracted to little girls. And the California parole board tried to help him answer the questions properly. When they asked him, are you still attracted to these girls? He said yes. They go, did you mean to say yes or did you mean to say no? He goes, yes, I still find little girls attractive. And they let him out still. This is why I am trying to sound the alarms because David Funxton molested seven children, six boys and one girl, Gregory Vogel slang molested six boys. These are some of the worst of the worst.

8:18Can you imagine the ones who molested one and were caught early? Can you imagine the other murderers and rapists, the ones that were stopped early before they could commit more serial rape and serial murder that are also in prison with life and parole that have, and it's a horrible thing to say, not as bad as a rap sheet. Those are all going to be let out. There is a list of hundreds of prisoners that are about to be let out because of these laws. If the standard all the way at the top, imagine everybody else below. I had no idea that you could get parole, even if you were sentenced, 355 years to life. I didn't know that was possible with all the revisions they've done. And I bet you every single person listening had no idea. Exactly. That's how they get away with it in Sacramento is because nobody talks about it, but my

9:18job and what I've committed myself to and a lot of my colleagues in the legislature is putting a spotlight in Sacramento. There is no more freebies. We're not going to allow people to not see it and I'm not going to play nice when you're talking about protecting pedophiles. We are going to make sure that we put everybody on record and we are announcing our bill tomorrow as well that will make it that anybody who commits crimes against children will no longer be allowed for elderly parole. How did we come to this? This is the lowest of the low moments. This is really, really horrible. Well, it's what you go ahead. It's really where I want people to realize there is a criminal first agenda in California. And what most people don't realize is California is getting what it voted for. And there's probably some people right now they're sitting back. Why didn't vote for that? The person that I put there, they're not supporting this. I'm telling you, they probably are because last year there was a bill called the AB 379.

10:25All it did was simply make soliciting a minor for sex, a felony equivalent to arson robbery and burglary. That bill was killed by the Sacramento supermajority in this state because they made up all of these wacky arguments. I mean, one of the arguments was that it would overwhelm our prison population because it would put essentially too many people in prison. So essentially what they argued was we have so many sexual predators out there that it's overburdened some so allow the kids to just get purchased. Like, that is what they are saying in this building and the only reason why we were actually able to get that done is because the people were so angry because we exposed them. And there were members in the legislature that have been punished because they brought charges or bills that would make it, that would basically protect children. And we are being punished and attacked in this building by other members and leadership

11:26was just some sort of perverse child sex cult in Sacramento in the legislature. Seriously, they punish, they punish legislators who want to keep child rapists in prison. That's really sick, what are they doing at night these guys? The author of that bill was a Democrat as well. She was stripped from committees, she was kicked off, she was stripped from the bill. They took it all away from her to try to whip her in place because she wouldn't give up. And that's why I always give credit to a similar woman Maggie Crowe. She's a Democrat, she's in the supermajority, but she is, she is excoriated from being in the club is the way that they describe it. You know, it's easy on my end, I get to be a Republican and I get to call out what insanity looks like because I'm not part of it, you know, I will never be complicit. But she's, she's registered with them and yet now she's castrated because she just, she chose to put children over the party. These people are really sick. Your rally is tomorrow at 8.15 AM.

They're trying to distance themselves from Gavin Newsom's, Hindenburg of an administration. San Jose Mayor Matt Mayhan says that the state should temporarily suspend its gas tax and ease refinery regulations. By the way, I read today that 25% of the extra climate change tax on gas goes to high-speed

17:36rail. We're actually financing high-speed rail every time you fill up at the pump. 25 cents of the climate tax, which is levied on the oil and gas producers. It's too complicated to explain here, but 25% of that revenue goes to high-speed rail, which in turn is stolen by the people not building high-speed rail. But Matt Mayhan says the costs are becoming an emergency for working families, and I think we ought to act on it. Also, our new friend, Antonio Virogosa, and you could see his message to me on all our social media accounts, he cut a video, trying to be friendly. He's on Monkson Merrill today. Oh, listen to hour number two of their podcasts. You're jealous. I am a little bit hurt.

18:38I like that. Virogosa calls for an immediate moratorium on the oil refinery regulations. Can you feel it? He blamed the state for overburdening California refineries and working families. These failed policies are not only hurting tens of millions of Californians, they are terrible for the environment because they forced California to depend on imported foreign oil from the Middle East. All right, so we got four candidates now. We have Steve Hilton, the leading candidate Republican. We got Chad Bianco, he's also among the leaders Republican, and now we have two Democrats, Matt Mayhan and Antonio Virogosa, and they all agree that these gas taxes have to be at least temporarily suspended, fantastic. And the regulations on the oil refineries, the gas refineries have to be suspended as well, tamed, rolled back.

19:42They have to be. They must. We can't live this way. Oh, I should check the gas prices, huh? Let's see. Let's go to, let's go to triple A. See what the carnage is today. So you've got, by the way, Matt Mayhan, the Democrat said two sensible things in the last 24 hours. You absolutely have to enforce getting homeless people off the streets, even if it means you arrest them. And he says the gas tax should be suspended and these regulations relaxed, okay? So there are now Democrats breaking away from the progressive monsters, you know, the new sums and, and swallwell and Mrs. Potato had, I mean, it's, it's got to change. And both parties have to change. Let's see. Where are we here? California, 554, a gallon, cheese.

20:48The rest of the country is averaging 379. Oh, my God, 554 to 379. These states, 43 states are in the threes, 43 states. And this is after all the increases from, from, from the Iranian war. Let's see, I think Kansas is still the lowest, 320 a gallon, 320, Oklahoma 322. It's not fair. No, this, no, no, we are being intentionally chest beaten and abused and kicked and bloodied up, but people keep voting, they keep voting for those taxes. If you're a fan of other high tax left wing states, New York is only a 365 New Jersey is a 368, Illinois is a 379, why we really stand alone?

21:50You could take all the, all the leftiest states, the highest tax states and they're nowhere near us. I mean, they'd barely come within two bucks of us. They're 56 cents higher than Hawaii. He's having a rally tomorrow because the board of the perverts, also known as the board of parole, they are having a meeting, a vote, a second vote on letting out Gregory Vogelsing who was convicted of child rape five kids 27 years ago. He got 355 years to life and the parole board on the first vote decided to let him out. And so if our Newsom hasn't stopped this, he could. And Newsom appointed all these parole board members that are letting a five time child rapist go free. And then Nick Shirley shows up today with a 40 minute video.

23:53Nick Shirley is a 23 year old independent journalist. I'm going to connect the two here, 40 minute video on all the fraud going on in California with daycare centers and hospice centers. So Newsom posted on X on Twitter a fake photo of Nick Shirley with bugged out eyes and about a dozen cameras on his head and around his neck. And he's at a daycare center and he's telling a woman, hey, can I see your kids? So Gavin Newsom is presenting Nick Shirley as a pedophile because they're so angry with him that he exposed all this daycare center fraud. Newsom is so despicable, absolutely positively despicable. I cannot believe that he's posting this online.

24:54I can't believe it. I mean, it's his press office account, but it's got his photo next to it. And right now it's been out 21 hours. So he knows this is what he does. He he signed a bill that allowed child rapists to get out early, elderly parole at age 50, even if they got 355 years to life. And then the guy who's exposing all the fraud in his hospice care and daycare system. He's being labeled a pedophile by Newsom. This is what we've got. It can't get every time I think it's as sick as it can ever get, it gets sicker. Where is some of what Nick is doing?

25:55He showed up. He and another woman who's investigating go to a daycare center at a one bedroom apartment that claims to have eight kids under their care, one bedroom apartment. He shows up. There's two kids and no adults, two little kids playing in the doorway. Listen to this. Cut four. Cut four. That's even more concerning as kids are left all alone. Now we're the Jama Shukri family child care. This place is not a shopping plaza. It's not anywhere near any place that looks like a place where a daycare would be. In fact, it's actually in one of these apartments right here. So they're able to have daycares inside apartment buildings? Yes. So I've come across many of these. Some of these are on third, the third story of an apartment complex. It's only one bedroom and yet the capacity is for eight kids. We just arrived to the daycare. We have two kids out here. I don't know if they're members of the daycare. There's no one. There's no oversight right here. Can we talk to your teacher?

26:56Is your teacher there? So this is the first child we've ever encountered at one of these daycares. There's two kids out here right now and we're going to see if we can talk to the... Licency. It is according to this paperwork Shukri Jama. Can we talk to the adult? I'm here. Not here. Not here. Yeah. So you guys all by yourself? Yeah. No one could be there. No one's here. No one's not here. Okay. So you guys are all by yourself? Okay. I can see by myself. Yeah. Okay. That's concerning. No one's watching this children and they're all by themselves. My heart is breaking right now. I just... I can't. Unbelievable. Yeah. What makes you so emotional as a mother seeing that those kids are just out by themselves? The kids all by themselves. It's supposed to be a licensed daycare and there's no adult anywhere. What is going on? And the crazy thing is California allocates $6 billion to child care and daycare facilities

28:02just like these and they're over 39,000 facilities in the state. It's Nick Shirley and I watched the video. It's two little kids sitting by themselves in a doorway. There's no adults around and it's supposed to be a daycare center. When we come back, we're going to play you another clip and this is Nick and this angry guy confronts Nick and his partner at a hospice in L.I. and he starts yelling at Nick and he wants them to leave and Nick's pointing out the nice cars in the parking lot along the way. You can't... We played clips from this particular site earlier in the show and it is a old motel. It's in a U-shaped, three wings, parking lot in the middle of the U. All these really, really expensive cars, some of them hundreds of thousands of dollars. All hospice businesses are supposed to be in these, where the motel rooms used to be.
