Anja Korber: Your Inner Physician | The Healing Grove Podcast

This week I can't wait for you to meet my friend, Anja Korber.

After playing in various European orchestras for several years, Anja Körber realized that the competitive and stressful life of a flautist was not for her. As a result, she changed direction, graduated as a primary school teacher in Germany and subsequently obtained the South African teaching diploma for High Schools. The core question during and beyond her years of teaching always remained the same: Why do some children thrive and excel and others do not? This question led her on a journey of continued learning in the fields of Brain Development, Primary Infant Reflex and Sensory Integration, Anatomy, and Craniosacral Therapy studies. Discovering there some of the root causes for many presumed “incurable” conditions such as ADHD, Autism, Developmental Delays, Anxiety and others only accelerated her search and empowered her on her own healing path. In her private practice in Somerset West, South Africa, Anja’s work incorporates a potent combination of Craniosacral Therapy, Somato Emotional Release, Myofascial Release and Oxygen Therapy.
