Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), a former Freedom Caucus chair, who tells us why he is considering running for Arizona governor. He feels that Arizona is at a crossroads, and he wants to wean the state off federal dependence. We go into great detail on the federal budget and the need to bend the trajectory of spending and health care programs. He is working hard to put transformative spending cuts into budget reconciliation.
