With the Supreme Court in the headlines over whether the Biden Administration's vaccine mandates can survive constitutional scrutiny, and with several Surpeme Court justices making massive misstatements, Andrew and Jerry talk about just what's going on with the high court.  They're joined by scholar Ilya Shapiro from the Cato Institute (and author of "Supreme Disorder", the seminal work on the politicization of the Supreme Court).

They talk federalism, deference, the concept of the police power.  All three make predictions as to just how the court will rule on the Biden administrations various vaccine mandates--and why each of the mandates is viewed somewhat differently.
