Wagner describes his childhood in Edmonton, the festivities surrounding the creation of the province of Alberta, and his early forays into teaching. Due to a malfunction of the tape recorder during the interview, the audio was cut short.

This interview was originally recorded on a 5 inch open reel tape and was digitized by an archivist on July 24th, 2020.
