Allie Danziger has always been an entrepreneur. Even when she was in-house prior to jumping fulltime into entrepreneurship, she as an intrapreneur. Allie founded the Integrated Agency in the early '00s and sold it to a bigger digital marketing firm in 2018. She then saw a need for young professionals to have the critical business skills that they don't teach in school to hold on and excel in the workplace. So She started Ampersand Professionals in 2021 (during the pandemic) to do exactly this.
