Tony DiSilvestro is a successful entrepreneur who owns YNOT Italian, a growing full-service Italian restaurant based in Virginia Beach, Va that is known for its extensive menu of traditional, and homemade Italian entrees. It started from one restaurant in 1993 and it is currently a growing franchise across the Southeast. 

Tony also has other businesses in the construction and solar industries. He speaks today about how he has been able to grow multiple successful businesses and the systems and processes he uses to help them grow without him being stuck in the business.
