About this episode
Aliza Lapierre is a professional ultrarunner for Salomon based out of Vermont, and has an accomplished history of multiple ultra wins and a podium and top 10 finishes at Western States 100.
With a decorated resume of tons of epic finishes, Aliza looks to add to that list by taking on her first 200+ mile journey at Cocodona 250 this year. And with that, she’s excited for the newness of the adventure and to celebrate longevity in the sport throughout the race.
In this episode, Aliza shares an insight into her training for Cocodona 250, how she approaches taking on competitive fields and her goals in the race, and what her strategy is for race day.
Huge thank you to Aliza for coming on the show!
