She signed a deal back in 2016 for a solo album under her own name, but once everyone to know, Blue Medusa is a separate group effort. The solo project aims to spot like the wide range of music she loves, while the band sticks to her favorite high-energy styles. Over the years, Alyssa has teamed up with more than 50 artists across metal scenes, from heavy hitters to progacs. Fans have followed her guest spots everywhere, and now she's flipping the script by inviting those collaborators onto her solo record. Blue Medusa keeps things focused on fast and tense sounds with black metal and progressive edges.
